I had a branch shatter my back window, working with my insurance the team at Carstar was very thorough in all checks of my vehicle right down to the licence plate light, and did a fantastic job with the repair. The team communicated both by email and phone throughout my service as well. A very good experience.

Overall, a good experience from start to finish. Booking the appointment and getting the initial estimate was smooth and easy. Communication throughout the repair was great, and the work was done well.
It took a bit longer than expected, but everything was completed without any issues. Lauren was always nice and helpful when I called, and Jason took the time to explain what was going on. Also appreciated getting the car back very clean. Solid service overall.

Excellent Service at CARSTAR Windsor
I had my 2022 VW Atlas repaired at CARSTAR Windsor, and I’m very happy with the experience. Zaid handled my car repair and did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
The repair work was done on time, and the quality was outstanding—my car looks like new again. Zaid took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was satisfied with the results.
I highly recommend CARSTAR Windsor, especially if you get help from Zaid. Great customer service and high-quality work!

The staff are kind, polite very helpful and explain everything that will take place. Drop off easy getting my rental was seamless. When I picked the car up the car was beautiful inside was spotless. Love the service and repairs were impressive.

The van has never looked so bright white, it was cleaned throughout, what really impressed me was some parts were damaged when they received them and they took all the blame and apologized for the inconvenience, no blame laid which really impressed me, there work is amazing I would say was, but I’m still impressed. Thank you for putting humanity back into auto repairs.

Had brought it in to fix bumper neighbor hit. They didn’t fix the paint chip at the corner of bumper and found waves along the clips like it was pressed too hard to get back in place. Should of replaced the part disappointed.
