Avoid this place lets see why. So i got into a collision and the first thing Adam does is take a picture and indicates he needs me to let the adjuster know to contact him for estamates. He deemed the car drivable but one light was not working. Two weeks later after my adjuster settled the claim indicated to take the car to the shop. He was complainingg how he has a small shop and estamates wont be done till 2 to 3 weeks. Maybe that applies to small shops . They lied to my adjuster sayingg they made a price quote . So we went to a great body shop, who deemed it was not drivable one light and the cruise control is damaged, tires shaking! That's liability. The new body shop handled this well. This bodyshop for collision should BE AVOIDED due to their lack of professionalism, horrible service. Small shop should not handle the collisions, stick to what you can handle and also learn how to communicate promptly. Dishonest practice is common in this city but glad this happened as now we have a much better experience and we will have insurance company to not recommend this body shop that can't handle cars staying at the location. That's what i was told and i promised to provide a proper review to my team. Also seeing the review from another person keeping the car and not doing theirn job sounds like a nice claim from the insuranceml. AVOID

I had requested an OEM bumper because the aftermarket one that was installed doesn’t align and leaves gaps. It’s been 18 months trying to get this done. I’ve even sat down with the owner who was taking care of it personally. Impossible to get a hold of unless you’re there in person. After the initial fix they don’t seem to stand by their work.

Carstar impressed me by immediately taking steps to repaint my bumper as it was still under warranty from two years ago. They were efficient and quick and I also had access to a rental while my SUV was in the shop. Great customer service. Thank you

Had the truck a full month. Parts were in to fix by week 2. Said 11 days to repair. 2 weeks instead. Mud flap in rear was bent and hitting tire and other tire was low. All damage was in the front. Doesn't seem like it was looked at except to replace parts.

CARSTAR, I cannot say enough about how professional they are from the initial estimate to the completion of the body work they were concerned for me and making sure everything was completed to my satisfaction.
