I went in with my toddler to buy an outfit that I needed for an event. My toddler got upset so he started crying and wouldn’t let me shop. I decided to end my shopping and pay for what I have grabbed already. One of the cashier’s covered her ear when I approached to pay since my son was crying and made a comment about it to the other cashier. They started giggling. I found this very rude! Why work at a kids store if you can’t stand kids?

I love shopping at Carters, the Roundhouse location. The staff are friendly and the sales are good.

I love this store but today I couldnt shop because of the awful smell. They had some artificial smelling vanilla candle or something. Gave me a headache pretty quick. I had to leave after 10 min. I thought stores were on top of scent free stores.
