A few weeks ago, I visited this location to find a gift for a family member, and Karina was incredibly helpful. From the start, she was welcoming and made me feel like a valued customer. She was patient, caring, and asked thoughtful questions to ensure she understood what I was looking for. I’ll definitely come back to this location because of the excellent service.

Worst experience ever by the manager and staff . Purchased a wedding ring which has diamond comes off and they can’t able to fix under warranty . Young girl Staff has zero knowledge just showing attitude towards customers . can’t able to explain the policy once they selling their product , said it’s not their responsibility .Manager is offending said i will cancel the warranty even after purchased extra . Is this your customer service . Will never recommend to anyone to go there specially howard location . You guys should give some respect to your customers . 0 rating

Tracie is such a delight and is a definite asset to the team. My daughter and son-in-law bought their engagement and wedding rings from Tracie. A couple years later my daughter loses her engagement ring and was upset. So she goes back to get a replacement and deals with Tracie again. She put my daughter at ease and was very pleased with the experience. Thank you Tracie.

My wife has already left a review however I am here for a follow up. After trying to reach regional manager Rob to no avail my wife recieved an email response claiming that our problems have been resolved and that the customer is satisfied and happy. Patty is clearly communicating with customer service and providing misinformation as I am the purchaser and I am neither satisfied or happy. I will encourage all Devonshire mall shoppers to avoid this place like the plague. Based on other Google reviews I am not alone in my sentiment towards store management (Patty) and how they handle customer service. Disgusting.

I was in the Devonshire store to have my wedding ring and band inspected and clean. The employee acted like I was tying up her day! She opened my paperwork and told me I had no coverage on my wedding band to have it inspected? I have had this band inspected every 6 months since 2011. It was also sent off for retipping once before through the Chatham location, and completely covered under the warranty. She was very rude and I noticed her badge said manager, When I questioned her behaviour and how she was speaking to a customer she became short with me, clean the rings and put them down to return to me. Then walked away as if she was in the right all this time! Yesterday went to the Chatham location, the employee looked up the purchase in their system which took a whole 1 minute, he said they were covered under warranty as this was purchased back in 2011! He was apologetic that this happened to me. Never go to Devonshire again :(

Dealing with these people is the worst experience ever. Make sure if you purchase ANYTHING from this horrible place, you get ever fine detail of the warranty. Purchased a ring for my Mother in law for her birthday - within 2 months a diamond has fallen out twice - we’ve now been notified we’ve exceeded our warranty coverage (that we paid for) and it is now void.
They will sell you on lies and Patty (the store manager) couldn’t care less how you ended up in the situation and will condescend everything you say.
Funny though.. you must continue to come in ever 6 months to have it “inspected” by them. Not a single person “inspected” at the time of purchase - maybe we wouldn’t be in this situation.
Awful customer service.
I should have listen to a local jewelry store who told use to run from these places.
I’ll be sure to encourage as many people as I can not to shop here.

I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for or even if I was ready to make a purchase. Nicole was patient and kind, and, although they were closing soon (I didn't realize!), I never felt any pressure to chose something quickly or leave.
I ended up purchasing a gorgeous, elegant, and simple heart diamond ring for myself and I'm so glad I did. Nicole had all the information I needed (price, size, etc.), but also was able to tell me so much more about my investment. I'm really glad I stopped in to browse because it feels like this ring was meant to be for me and I'll always be grateful Nicole made it happen. I will definitely be back for my next major purchase.
