Great place , very clean and great staff and big winnings the only negative issue you can’t bring outside food or beverage. My family and I spend a lot of money. And sometimes don’t have time to eat. The food there is fried And no healthy selection. So spending a lot of money Should start having better healthy choices. Most of the patrons are older like myself have to eat healthy. And need to stop with this don’t bring outside food or beverages. Our will have to go elsewhere. Or start going back to the casino

We went for a bingo last Saturday of April. It was my first bingo in five years! I am very mobility challenged now. Using a walker and not strong. So I was concerned, wondering how it would be for me. I was pleasantly surprised. The big room was the same as I remembered which was a relief. Not run over with machines or too high tech. I was able to handle getting my cards and settled down to a relaxing round of bingo. No surprises. I only played a double book as my arms are compromised too. Don’t I sound like fun. My husband was there to get me something from the snack bar. On a Saturday afternoon it was very relaxing and so much fun for me. No I did not win. C’est la vie. lol. Next month I will try again. Great experience.

Poorly run establishment. Staff missed my bingo everyone around me heard and saw my paper in the air. They refused to pay me because they said since that did not hear me. Disappointed at their lack of integrity and obviously incompetent caller and bingo runners.

Only about 25 gaming machines, 3 people visiting at the time we went into view Gaming Center. Staff there to serve you coffee or water. No alcohol served on site

Very nice room.Hard to understand callers because their voice seems to echoCallers look bored sitting at the microphone and tend to yaun a lot and don't cover their mouth .not nice

CALLERS
1) please ENUNCIATE your words/numbers … 50 and 60 sound the similar through the mic and B8 sounds like B’yay, we don’t hear the T
2) speak louder … the numbers are distorted on the other end of the mic
3) Speak to your patrons as if you are talking to us, not just reading a script … we appreciate the interaction
4) SLOW DOWN … we are not machines. The machines don’t miss numbers.
Overall - a nice facility and the staff are pleasant
