Both Moe and Nissant are very friendly and took care of me for my cell phone screen, microphone, and the black box for t.v. including understanding the remote. If I could give more stars I would. Definitely recommend for your electronic needs. TV and couches in the waiting room so you can relax while waiting for your repairs. Awesome experience I'll never forget.
