“Had the company car lettering done by them. They are awesome guys, veeeery patient, they listen well and don't mind changes and they don't force their opinions. They were more affordable than anywhere else. They have been in business over 40 years according to the owner. Not that many businesses can do that.”

“I had some issues with my gaming PC and honestly struggled to find someone I could trust to fix it. Luckily, I came across Tesla/Joe , and he was amazing! Not only is he really good with regular computers, but he’s also got a great understanding of gaming PCs. He was super responsive, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with their PC and especially in Windsor it’s so hard to find good people to trust so definitely Struck gold here !! Thanks again Joe !”

“I had a gaming laptop that was gifted to me but kept crashing and could never figure out what was wrong with it. Well let me tell you - I took it to Neva and she figured it out in 10 minutes. She told me exact what the issue was, showed me exactly where the errors were coming from, here’s how you fix it. This stuffs too easy for her. Paid her a very fair price and I was on my way. Great local shop with a knowledgeable owner. I’ll be taking all my future computer troubles here.”

“The place where I have usually gone for issues w/my laptop, a couple minutes down the street from my home, closed, and T&T is also pretty close to my home. They were very friendly and helpful, and I’m glad I found them. They explained the likely cause of my issue and I felt no hesitation about leaving my laptop with them for what needed to be done. I will recommend them to others.”

“Best Buy Roseville Review I recently ordered a GE front-load washer and dryer from Best Buy in Roseville, and I have to say—the service was phenomenal and impeccable from start to finish! ?? Logan was absolutely amazing throughout the purchase process. He was professional, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and easy. I was also one of the first delivery stops, which was an added bonus! The delivery and installation team, John S. and Rob L., were truly outstanding. I have NEVER experienced an installation team that was this professional, courteous, welcoming, fast, and knowledgeable. They handled everything with care, answered my questions, and made sure everything was installed properly before they left. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you, Logan, John S., and Rob L., for making my Best Buy experience such a great one! You all set the bar HIGH! ???”

“I would like to recognize the outstanding service provided by Brandon, Alicia, and Tina at Best Buy Walker Road Windsor My family and I visited the store close to closing time, and despite the late hour, these three associates went above and beyond to help us complete our purchase. What impressed us most was their professionalism, patience, and positive attitude throughout the entire process. Even though the store was closing, they never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them. They took the time to answer all of our questions, ensure we understood our options, and helped us make the right decisions with our purchase. Their dedication to customer service was truly exceptional. It is rare to encounter a team so committed to providing a great customer experience, especially at the end of a long workday. Brandon, Alicia, and Tina demonstrated outstanding teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers. Thank you for making our shopping experience such a positive one. Best Buy is fortunate to have employees like Brandon, Alicia, and Tina representing the company. We will definitely be returning and recommending this store to family and friends.”
