I purchase all of my prescriptions at this location. I recommend that you call in your prescription and in most cases,you can pick it up within two hours.Staff is always friendly and helpful .I find that their prices are the best in the city.Highly recommend.

I came to Costco with a member to pick up a few items. I was offered a good deal with all these benefits to become a member, I decided I wouldn't this time. When the one offering it can't take no for an answer, and fails to show courtesy and respect in my decision... that is enough to make me not want to shop there.

This one star is for tire center. "I am just being honest with you" .. I happened to be in Windsor, ON near to the Costco when my new tire gave up on me. I wish I knew this was going to happen so that I could make an appointment. I had no appointment to fix my flat tire. They were hesitant to take me for the day because they said they were busy. Since I had bought my tires from Costco, and tire repair was covered, why would I go to another store, right? They took my key at 3pm then called me at 7pm saying they have no time to fix it. Asked me to come some other day. I know tire repair does not generate much revenue, especially when your service is under warranty, basically you are providing a free service. Why would you take such smaller jobs when you have people lining up for bigger bucks! I was in the line for over 30 mins. Why would you not put up a sign saying you are not taking walk-ins with tire repair issues? This way you would have definitely saved my time, frustration, and got me home safely. This is part of the customer service & care too.

I went and I purchased two Roomba vacuums from Costco and returned them both because the first one did not work and the second one was an open boxed item even though they said it was new and it also did not work. When it comes to purchasing electron items from Costco I would not trust those products because of how easy it is for customers to return Costco products. I once saw this female return a huge 20 pound piece of meat she said she just wants a smaller one instead. What a waste she could have just cut a piece of that large piece of meat and saved the rest for later. She wasted a large portion of food which is very rude and inconsiderate. I hope she will make better decisions in the future.
