extremely rude staff and management alike. can’t be bothered to get it right the first time and they don’t care how long you’re waiting while they correct their mistakes. would not recommend. i was over an hour waiting for meds that had been faxed in by my doctor a week prior and were ready and waiting. ridiculous.

I have been a Costco Canada Pharmacy client for 20 years, but I see a clear difference between being an insured patient and an uninsured patient. When I have been covered by extended healthcare benefits, prescriptions faxed over by my doctor have always quickly filled. HOWEVER, whenever I have been uninsured, my prescriptions are NEVER filled until AFTER I get there to pick them up. Are they thinking I won't come pay for them? Do they make more money on 'covered' clients?I watched my GP fax my prescription during my 9:30 am appointment this past Thursday. This was now Saturday afternoon, and I ventured across town with the sole mission to retrieve my much-needed medications. It was 2pm, and they were NOT ready. The clerk assured me, "They're almost ready... just give us 5 more minutes." I asked why they weren't ready, since they my prescriptions were faxed-over two full days before... She had some excuses but I agreed to wait a few more minutes. I waited right there near the pick-up desk and 5, 10, 15 minutes passed. I walked away to do some shopping.I returned to the pharmacy at 3:38 pm. By this time, the lineup was at least 12 people deep, so instead of waiting in line again, I walked right up to the girl who told me "5 more minutes" the moment she was free, and she once again said, "Sorry, they're not quite ready!" MY PRESCRIPTIONS WERE NOT READY!!! Are you kidding me?? She had the nerve to say they were pretty busy, so I had the nerve to say, "What are they doing, MAKING them??" I walked away, fuming, and paid for my groceries and returned home.I am planning on moving all of my prescriptions to a pharmacy closer to home. I realize the dispensing fee will be more expensive, but my time is very valuable and worth a few extra bucks. I am hoping the new pharmacy can even fill the prescriptions that should be waiting for me at Costco now.

I have been coming to Costco Pharmacy for at least 12-15 years. Originally prices were great, staff were great. Just an all around wonderful experience. But it has been progressively getter worse over that time period. Staff is overwhelmed and customer service has suffered. It's got to the point where the inconvenience out weighs any benefits. I post this as a message to management that something needs to be done. Windsor needs another location.

Dropped off prescription and given a pickup time of 1.5 Hours. I arrive two hours later wait in line for 20 mins and was advised to wait another 1/2 hour. I am currently here waiting 3 hours later and no customer service. This is unacceptable and I award you zero stars. I strongly suggest your process be reviewed and bring back customer service etiquette.

When I call in to the store I am often put on hold a series of times (3-5) before someone answers. When the were out of my dosage of drug they offered to fill twice the amount at a half dose. When I went to pick up it was also twice the money for the same drug quantity. Something that I should have been told when the option was presented. Poor availability to communicate. I will go somewhere closer and smaller.
