Cotta food bar offers a wonderful and friendly service that is attentive, knowledgeable, and fabulous. The atmosphere has a great vibe with dimmed lighting, live music, and a cozy feel, though it can be loud. The food is delicious, impressive, and perfect, with highlights including the must-order pinsa flatbread pizza, seafood pasta, shrimp linguine, pepper gnocchi, and grilled calamari. Appetizers like the arancini balls, fried carbonara, and shrimp are also delicious. The restaurant provides bread with oil and balsamic while you wait. It is expensive but worth every penny for a lovely evening, making it a great restaurant for a traditional Italian meal.
Went last night for my wife's birthday and had an exceptional experience. Our server Fabio had an answer to every question without hesitation. From drinks, to apps, to mains, everything was made with care and the highest quality. I would highly recommend and will be returning 1000%!

It was our first experience at Cotta food bar, Fabio was our waiter and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He was kind and patient with us. The food was phenomenal. We will be back and can't wait!

My experience at Cotta Food Bar was immaculate due to the top tier bartender - MAX. Max was quite the bartender as his customer service skills were unlike any other bartender in Windsor-Essex that I have seen. Heck of a guy who definitely left me satisfied and smiling.
