Let me say that there service is just the worse I have ever seen. Ronda told us that that we were paying more for the product and install but it is the service they provide. Well we placed and order and was told they would be installed in 4 weeks well 4 months later they finally installed poorly I might add. Then there flaws in the install and she asked me to correct them as she didn't have on hand what she needed to do the proper install.Then a month later the blinds where falling down and others where impeding on the operation of my windows. They did come back and repair that. But then the beginning of Nov. we thought lets try her again so we called her and left message well 2 weeks later she called us back we told her we wanted the curtains we talked about and would like to have them up for Christmas,so she said ok let me look up your file and I will get back to you. Well don't know where the file is but here we are Dec.6th and she has not returned our call or emails. So I would use caution with dealing with this company and there are cheaper places to deal with out there, because Ronda will tell you her service is the best out there and thats why you pay more well BEWARE!!!!
