My visit to this body shop for a second opinion was deeply upsetting due to the unprofessional and dismissive treatment I received, which felt frankly sexist. Despite booking an appointment for an independent assessment, the staff refused to conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle's damage. Instead, they repeatedly deferred to a prior quote and engaged primarily with the male driver involved in the incident, openly calling me 'a pain in the butt' in front of me. As a female customer, I felt my concerns were completely ignored and that I was not taken seriously. This lack of respect and unwillingness to perform an unbiased service was unacceptable.
Update: The owner's response to my concerns further demonstrates the unprofessional and biased nature of this shop. They refused to provide an independent assessment and instead chose to attack my character when I expressed my need for a fair appraisal. I stand by my original assessment regarding their lack of unbiased service.

Was involved in a collision recently. Windsor Mazda and a neighbor recommended this shop.
Service was fantastic and painless. The crew here went completely above and beyond to return my car back to showroom new. Couldn't be more happy with the results. Would give 10 stars but the system limits me.

Recently had my car repaired from a collision. Communication, craftsmanship, respectful of time, responsiveness.....all 10/10 Highly recommend!

Local family owned auto body and service shop. Everyone was nice, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I took my car here after an accident I had. I went there for the estimate. I was telling them about how my car was having problems with steering and handling issues (bumps on the road and minor puddles). They said your car is not safe and got me a rental car, which was helpful because my insurance company puts up a fight for the rental. They put my car back together like new, zero issues after the repair. I would go back there anytime.

I have never experienced such welcoming staff until I went to Donato Auto Collision.
They are amazing towards their costumers and always answers any questions that I have! In the future if I ever have any concerns in regards to my vehicle I will be coming back. Please consider this auto shop for your car, you will not be disappointed!!

Just picked up my 2017 Ford Escape from being detailed and I am very impressed. For the price I paid they did an amazing job getting the vehicle cleaned inside and out and even shampooed the engine. Would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle to them to have it detailed!

I called them to book an interior detailing appointment. They were reasonably priced and very kind and accommodating on the phone. I dropped the car off and in a few hours I was called to say that it was done. The vehicle looks amazing! I will definitely be recommending this detailing service to everyone I know. Thank you!!
