Great people. Prescriptions done fairly quickly. One thing is the communication, I feel that they should be calling when they finish getting the prescriptions ready. I , sometimes forget the time and when I do remember, they’re already closed.

This pharmacy has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I truly feel like they’re working personally for me each time I call or go in, despite how busy it appears to be. I’m willing to drive past closer pharmacies that haven’t treated me with the same urgency and care that the staff here do.

If you don't need methadone than this pharmacy is useless. Spent 2 hrs trying to print off a fax that kept getting rejected despite coming from the same Doctor for the last 3 years. Get there just to tell me they only have 2 weeks worth of medication and than I would have to come back in 2 weeks for the remainder. Only to have to return 2 weeks after that to get my 30 day refillComplete waste of my timeTook my business elsewhere

Can't say enough good things about the people at downtown Windsor pharmacy. Hours could be better but that's my scheduling problem not theirs. Staff are always going above and beyond and answering my excessive questions. 10/5 stars.They were quick to assist when I had financial strains as well.

Great people, they don't charge me the co-paymen. One thing they don't call when the prescription is filled. I'm not sure it was only me but anyway they should.
