Very disappointed to see this gym remove half of its lockers and benches, and replace the older lockers with smaller cheaper ones that you cannot fit shoes in. They removed the sauna as well for no reason. Who ever is making this ridiculous business decisions is clearly out of their mind.
Just because you have great gym equipment does not mean you can get away with pissing off your regular members, especially Black Card members. Fit4Less is owned by GoodLife, and the latter have much better locker rooms that have not been “renovated” recently. So there is no excuse for Fit4Less to be cutting corners and piss off their customers.

Been going to this gym for years. During the day, it’s great, it’s busy, but has everything you could possibly need. My biggest gripe is at night, there’s no staff. These teens are streaming on twitch, asking other gym goers if they’re on steroids, full on screaming when not lifting weights to annoy people and fighting each other in the middle of the gym with the equipment. All while streaming to their “chat”.
This needs to be addressed, people go to get a workout in, not be live streamed on twitch.

They’re playing rap tracks with lyrics about fighting, killing, sexual assault, and selling or using drugs. Isn’t this supposed to be a family friendly gym? How is this kind of music being approved by management? Even if the explicit words are censored, the subject matter is still completely inappropriate and promotes the worst aspects of society.
This is a gym, not a strip club. The music should motivate people, not make them uncomfortable or worry about what their kids might be hearing. Rap music with violent, sexual, or drug-focused themes simply isn’t suitable for a shared fitness environment where members of all ages are present.

I haven't tried fit4less. Two days ago left planet fitness on LAUZON PRKWAY, bad management. I went to crunch... so far so good. Only worked out 2days.
U never know I might change to fit4less.

I just want to cancel my membership but they intentionally make this difficult. The kiosk allows you to upgrade, but not cancel. And no ones at the front desk. Clever business model to scam everyone

Been with this gym since 2001. They are updating the showers and going against every single member and taking the sauna out for good. Not a good way of doing business as so many use the sauna!!! Bring the sauna back !!!!

The gym is excellent with top-quality equipment and a great atmosphere. The only thing missing is a digital weight scale machine. Having one would allow members to track their fitness progress more accurately and stay motivated. Adding this would make the experience even better.

Good gym, but apparently regional management has decided to get rid of the only major selling point to choose this location, by permanently closing the sauna. If you only have one in the entire region with one, why is the answer not to build more because it's popular?

they are making things worse with the renovations. many members and staff thought the lighting was better before and now they're getting rid of the sauna with these recent renovations. who is making these poor decisions? they will lose members now that the sauna is scheduled to be demolished !

Like the gym when you can get into it terrible turnstiles get denied access at least once a week no staff ever working at the counter I would consider somewhere else

I’ve traveled from Ottawa and none of the Fit4Less locations there compare. I had such a great experience at this location! The staff are amazing — always friendly, helpful, and bringing such positive energy. The gym itself is spotless, very well maintained, and has a great assortment of equipment for every type of workout.
What really stood out to me was the welcoming vibe from other members too — everyone was respectful, motivating, and it created such an encouraging atmosphere to train in. The layout makes it easy to find what you need, machines are in excellent condition, and there’s plenty of space so you never feel crowded.
Overall, it’s the perfect balance of affordability, quality, and community. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a positive gym experience in Windsor!
