The place has really gone downhill right? In the last couple years, the staff might be friendly, but they don't want to do anything about cleaning the showers.
The place that seems dirty. Every time I go take a shower, they say, oh, there's close for cleaning.Those things should be spotless if that was the case, but they're not

Like a good boy
I went inside and asked If I can drop my trailer and be active, do some exercise!
Absolutely no empathy or respect for anyone in this place!
Over 12 dropped trailers on this parking lot at the time I walked inside and ask if it’s okay to drop my trailer for few hours until I go to Planet Fitness!
This is the only place I got refused to do it in 6 years of my trucking career!
However the cashier said “you have to be in your truck if you use our parking lots!”
“What?! -I asked, I can’t leave the property on foot or anyhow? , the answer was NO, sorry company policy!
The last time I even stopped here!
And if you don’t want to be disappointed or offended stay away!

Worst customer service,very rude ,arrogant 1 employee here who never wish to drivers, n another one who have attitude.n i daily get fuel 250 litres from this flying j,
If u want fuel only cum here ,,if u want shower,or use washroom then they don’t like drivers.
N this happened today with me..

Nice clean and quiet place to sleep for truckers ,limited spots but not busy, for showers only 1 star , card reader won’t work at fuel station.

Clean shower, great staff, & fair prices for showers, and consumables. This place is nothing short but when comes to how clean everything is and honesty. I left my wallet with a good amount of cash nothing was taken out.

Truck parking here seemed to have picked up. I don't like the inside of the store. Nor do I like the fact that there is never soap in the men's bathroom. What a dump.

Diesel is by flying J but the store is operated by some non customer service oriented management. Half of the time the pumps are down. Limited parking spots. Washrooms are not up to standards and wouldn’t use their showers
