I went to Foot Locker to buy a pair of Jordan shoes. The first thing I noticed was the absence of customer support. After purchasing the shoes, I noticed that the box was torn. I asked the young lady at the counter for another box, but her demeanor was rough and rude, as if she were the one spending the money for me. While Foot Locker has a good collection of shoes, the service left much to be desired.

Only reason I gave 2 stars is because their sales/prices were decent, but severely lacking custom service skills. Never came to ask if we needed help, had to go to the counter of people standing around to ask for assistance and had to constantly go looking around for the worker to try different sizes. Too busy chatting with friends than to focus on customers. Went to champs and spent my $$

DO NOT SHOP AT FOOTLOCKER IN THE MALL . THEY WILL NOT HONOUR SAME DAY RETURNS/ EXCHANGE. EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND WILL NOT HELP YOU (EVEN THE “MANAGER”)SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO CHAMPS.THE FULL STORY: Today I purchased a pair of Jordan 1 lows size 10. I am naturally a 10.5 . 9 times out of 10 I prefer to shop at champs which was the plan. However, they were out of stock in any size that I could fit. When I came to footlocker, the only had two sizes in the Jordan low I wanted I tried the size 11, which was too big and I tried the size 10 and was notified that one of the shoes had been a display pair, which was snug, but I thought it be fine. When I returned home, I realized it was just too uncomfortable, and would be causing me foot problems. I returned back at the store. An hour later when I got there, the man who sold me my shoes greeted me and I told him the situation I told him I would like to exchange the shoes for, another Jordan one low and a different colour way that was the same price just the correct size 10.5 he informed me it wouldn’t be a problem however, they don’t do exchanges so I’d have to do a return and use the value on the new shoes. So I took the other box to the counter, and the woman at the counter was the same woman that was working at the counter earlier, when I was in the store, who was just sitting around, looking stupid when the store was busy and only one other cashier was working. She started to perform an “inspection”. She asked me if I’ve been wearing them out, and I told her no I had not, not to mention it had been only an hour since I bought them. So I told her I bought them that day so there really shouldn’t be any wrong with them. That’s when she handed the shoes to the boy beside her. The boy beside her, just chastised me and told me the shoes are beat up, dirty, creased. It is imperative to mention the one pair that was creased was the display pair, and you would think somebody working there would understand that a display pair comes into a lot of contact with many different hands/feet. Another thing that this genius said was an issue, was that the shoes were laced and tied. so I question you, whenever you seen a shoe on display isn’t it tied up? whenever you get a shoe in the box is it laced and tied up?? 9/10 times the answer is yes. At that point after dealing with this unprofessional behaviour. I requested to speak with a manager. Which this boy informed me he was. Imagine my surprise to find out that this space cadet was managing the place. Which honestly makes sense because the staff had no scenes of direction and seemed to be avoid customers like they were self isolating from Covid. However, the part that surprised me was how the manager handle the situation. The “manager” was very confrontational, aggressive, and accusatory. The “‘manager” had no customer service skills or any idea how to manage or work retail. I honestly still do not see. Still confused why that return couldn’t have gone through.I feel since the store was closing and I don’t think they wanted to work or go through the process of the return.Only went there because champs was out of stock. Now I know don’t go there for any reason period.

Walked in and circled the entire store and went through a ton of shoes and not once was asked if I needed help. 3 workers standing around doing nothing, one on their phone. Insane to me how little people care about customer service. Ended up asking a different customer their opinion on some shoes before finally giving up and walking out. That’s not how you do business. Lazy. Do better.

I’m not sure why some ppl here are saying they had a great experience..but I have tried this place four times now and the service is pathetic .Staff is always busy gossiping with each other and not paying attention if someone has walked in. I asked for a size and she ignored me . IGNORED me. I don’t know if it’s a race thing , or an attitude thing? But this happened four different times ..with four different staff. And one time the one staff passed me on to another staff . N I just needed to check for a size . It’s sad Cz they have good stuff. But the staff and their eye rolling just creates a different atmosphere in there altogether .

great store! found everything i needed with amazing employees. this one girl,i believe her name was maya. she was amazing! she helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for my brother. he’s very picky and he loved the ones she helped me pick out. great service

i honestly love this store, one of my favourites. From my experiences, their customer service has been great. Last time i was there one of the workers, Maya, helped me a lot and she was super kind!

This place is the best I went in the other day to purchase shoes for my daughter and maya who works there was amazing at helping us out so nice and friendly! She did her best and went above and beyond to help us just was so sweet and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. Thank you so much maya from your forever customer Mary !! This place deserves a 5 star ⭐️!!!
