Excellent work and excellent service.
My vehicle was brand new with only 600 kilometers on the odometer when it was hit by a careless driver.
Cristian, Wade, and Kelly assured me that their commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism would help alleviate the stress of the situation. They promised full transparency and a finished product that would be accurate down to the millimeter.
Today, my vehicle looks exactly as it did when I drove it off the Volkswagen lot just a few weeks ago. All promises were kept by the good folks at this body shop.
For any future repairs, I will gladly bring my vehicle to Cristian and his team of experts at Formula First Collision Inc.

Always heard this place been awesome and this is the first time been inside, you can tour on the shop area and the service standard is at another level, how they standardize the fastener tray and parts rack for the project will ensure the repair will get the best results, recommended

I brought my 2010 Dodge Challenger here because I was having issues with the paint de-laminating from the aluminum hood, and paint fading on the fascia. Frank walked me through the issues and possible solutions. He recommended repainting, as the problem was only going to get worse. I was hesitant, as I loved the way my car looked from the factory. The whole staff was patient with my questions. They gave me a tour of the shop and let me see their work. I was very impressed with both. I decided to go ahead with the work, and I am very pleased with the results! My 14 year old car looks like the day it came off the lot! They left my car spotless too!
I would definitely recommend them and will go there again!

I just came in to check for an estimate to touch up some paint in my front bumper. This guy, Tristen he just did magic right away using their body shop secret chemicals and wiped out the black marks from the bumper and now it looks brand new. Highly skilled employees and I recommend going here if you are worrying about how to touch up paint on your car.

Staff was super friendly and professional, They gave me a shop tour on my visit. The inside was clean and welcoming feeling. They gave me their own rental car same day saved me so much time. As the damage was extensive and car was written off, they walked me through the whole process. I highly recommend their services.

Formula First helped me through a three month process when it came to my accident. After being told my vehicle was repairable and given a low fixing cost they did not hesitate to help me battle that decision, getting more money for the repair cost or for my insurance to rethink their decision and write off the vehicle. Through endless emails and being told I would have to pay extra costs to my vehicle by my insurance because I picked such a high quality auto repair shop Formula First told me they would have my back and no costs would need to come out of my pocket. In the end my vehicle was written off and even though no repairs needed to be done they were happy for me and because the right decision was finally made by the insurance. This all happened after Formula First showed them the true damages to the vehicle and value of fixing it in their own estimate. It was a long and stressful three months but having Formula First support me and not let my insurance take advantage of me leaves me beyond grateful I found them. Thank you to all the staff at Formula First.

I visited here for the rust repair and repainting for my Tesla M3P. The shop has nice vibe and atmosphere. Specially the receptions are great. The technician for my car communicated and worked professionaly. They offered me a shop tour on my initial visit. The inside was clean and welcoming feeling. They are offering their own rental cars with reasonable price which is very convenience without taking uber or booking. The complimentary wash for interior and exterior for my car was also great.
The job was cutting the PPF, sanding the rust, repainting the areas, patching the PPF and spraying the anti-rust on the each side of the rocker panel at the front wheel well.

Go to this body shop if you want to be charged the absolute MAXIMUM possible for the most average service.
Expect to wait 3x as long as estimated time completion and expect to pay 4x more than the appraisal.
The ‘OEM Specialist’ lied and told me false information 3-4 times. Extremely defensive and uses diversion tactics to avoid any acceptance of fault (don’t fall for their extremely nice act).
My estimated completion was nine days, upon coming to inspect car on day 15, no work had been done for 8 days. Meanwhile, the OWM specialist had told me they are working very diligently.
When you express frustration, the front desk will be kind, supportive and understanding - then expect a call from the President Frank who uses the leverage of your car being completely dislocated in the shop to threaten you to stop working on car & go elsewhere unless you’ll be a ‘happy customer’. Yes, sure Frank, on day 15 of my car being dislocated sitting in the shop, let’s end the job agreement and let me restart, what a headache that would be. Pure manipulation for their own gain.
After 84 hours of labour on the car, there were still scratches and new damages from the labour and work of the team. When reviewing the car on pickup, I asked the OEM specialist why this wasn’t fixed and worked on before calling me in, his response: “Genuinely I believe my team missed that and overlooked it while working on your car, I’m not sure’.
At face value, the shop will seem nice, friendly, transparent, but behind the scenes genuinely don’t care one bit and will charge you maximum amount possible.
I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
