I know that everyone knows that Jessica is amazing! And anyone who knows knows how much I absolutely do not like (and, in fact, actively avoid!) classes, but Jessica is unbelievably phenomenal!!! She made me feel so comfortable being new and unable to do everything! There were a few of us new to BodyPump (and just classes in general), but she took the time to make sure we were all set up properly for success! All of the staff and instructors, from the manager, Julia, all the way down, are absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! They exemplify not only fitness, but customer service! It truly is no wonder why GoodLife Dougall and Cabana is one of a handful of Performance and flagship clubs within the industry! Kudos to you, Julia and staff, for providing us with the fitness experience that you do!

People at the front desk are too busy talking among themselves they’re not paying attention to members . What’s the point of saying hi or see ya later when we are already half way out the door , pay attention to your surroundings. Just not a friendly environment, super fake!Their personal training is such a scam! Don’t invest your money with this club either. Just because you passed your Canfit pro test with GoodLife doesn’t mean you’re a qualified trainer from your few hour of classes! I rather be with someone with personal experience that shows your into your job and are fit and have education . Trainers who sit on other machines while their client is working out, other people would like to use that machine!Showers are all gross. They don’t clean the shower heads , always clumps of hair in them. Just grossShauna is always down! Why spend 80$+ a month when nothing ever works

I looooove the Dougall location! So much to offer. Sauna, steam room, recovery room, but best of all… Regymen! The regymen workouts are awesome but the coaches really make it worth it. They are all so energetic and positive. Shout out to Karen! She was the first coach I was trained by and she kept me coming back time and time again. They really know how to make you feel welcomed there.

I love this gym! What I really love is my aquafit and Low Impact Chair aerobics Instructor, Karen Richard's...this girl can push you to be your best, knows your limits for weights, always, always watching her audience for proper technique. You are paying a gym membership for a reason..to be strong, stay healthy in mind, body and soul. Karen greets everyone in the room or pool with a smile, her motivation for working hard is what Ineed and her exercise knowledge is so important for me to be able to continue into my senior years and to not hurt myself . Her Playlists are super cool too!?

I joined Goodlife approximately 9 years ago. The first class I ever took was RPM with Karen Richards. She is truly a Goodlife ambassador. She welcomed me into the class with open arms and continued to do so in every class thereafter. I have followed Karen from location to location and class to class through the years because of her kindness and her utmost dedication and passion for physical fitness. Kudos to Goodlife and Karen for all you do!!

I had a terrible experience at this gym. I have been a member for 18 years never had any complients when i filed a complaint about another new member that was acting out playing music on a speaker video taping in the changerooms i was shruged off by the front desk employee when comaplaing to mangement i was treated rudely after this issue i. Believe the member was banned i was harrased given bad looks by the past members friends i was approched and talked to rudly by a member and him trying to rip a barbell out of my hand droping it on my foot injuring me i then told the front desk worker she was unprofessional not taking it serious asking if i need cpr for a foot injury i filed another complaint reguarding this incident the manger. The manger julie Was rude again on the phone not letting me talk when explaining im being targeted by the friends of the banned member and them knowing i filed a confidentiel conplaint i was told its untrue i was asking what i would want to do about the member injuring me instead of normal sympathy and a manger stating what they can do i then complained about the front desk employee being unprofessional not working and hanging out with a group of people laughing about this situation that are again friends with the past two members i was then banned a week later for 3 months for leaving weights around which i didnt and. Was told i had multple complients and was given a final warning which i wasnt It suprising harsh as i had no incidents in 18 years of being a member im am very upset and saddened with a ban that was in my opinion targeted beacuse of my past complients on a member and employee terrible experience . i workout as it benifits my physical and mental health and i have trained for a upcoming marathon and competive sports im involved in and this whole not doing so will effect me I also have a sour taste and dont think ill ever feel the same way about Goodlife fitness as I always thought they cared about members but the way I was treated is awful

I started Regymen at GoodLife Fitness 15 months ago. I liked the organized workouts and hands-on coaching that pushed me to do fitness routines I avoided in the past.Regymen is High Intensity Interval Training that combines lifting, running, skiing, boxing, lunging, cycling, squatting, slamming, and stretching... all in one.I was 64 years old when I started, and already in good shape. I said to the Head Coach, "I'm older than everybody else. At my age, I'm not trying to get better. I'm just trying not to get worse."But I have gotten better. Much better. My goal for 2024 is to run the mile in 6 and a half minutes, which is my age (my best is 7:15 right now). I don't think anyone else in the Club can run their age (young people have no chance. Lol!).If i don't make it, I'll keep trying at least until I'm 90. A 9-minute mile at 90 should be a piece of cake.I love Regymen. I go practically everyday (sometimes twice a day). Along with a friend, I set a record, in November, of 50 Regymen classes in one month. Thanks GoodLife, and thanks to the great coaches, the Fab 5: Kevin, Karen, Jess, Brian, Portiarain; and the 2 Newbies, Shaylene and Abeer.(Photo below from Regymen All-Star Week - the best week of the year).

Went to this location and has a lot of equipment. Definitely diverse fairly Small has a pool and saunas! cleanliness is definitely up there so I appreciate that. My only issue with this facility is the biweekly charges to your bank account very high on the minimum you’re paying $80 a month !! Plus a one time application fee and it just gets higher from there. They do try to pull you in by saying they’re giving you a free application fee but the way it’s set up its all is calculated equally across-the-board waviers of fee comes when you move up to the 100$ a month membership but genuinely balances out, costing you to move up and if you’re not using those classes exactly that they entice you to get than it’s not worth it !!! pay the application fee and move on !! you’re paying regardless!! the pro I guess is that you’re not obligated to be in a contract, if you buy your first month and decide that you no longer want to be a part of the facility, you can shut your contract down no issues…. Plus if it’s within the first 10 days goodlife fitness will give you your full refund no questions asked ! GoodLife Fitness has increased their cost significantly over the last few years especially gouged after Covid and certainly tried to during! They shut down the women’s facility on Ouellette Avenue which really sucks because it took away from a location that was centre of our city. Now everywhere you have to drive out to Tecumseh, East side & south Windsor ….. ughhh !

I’m from out of town and always make a point to visit this GoodLife while in Windsor. Huge facility, very clean, and great extras like the pool, rock climbing wall, and steam room. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
