Do Not Shop Here! They will not stand by their product, honour any warranty or provide service of any type if you have a problem with the quality of the product. I bought a couch and chair. The couch was fine but the chair was not sewn properly. I even had an upholsterer check the chair to confirm. I was asked to send in pictures in an email which I did. Tony was horrible to deal with and despite multiple visits to the store he refused to help or find a resolution.

This is the best furniture store I have ever been in. The selection is amazing and the products are all high end and very good quality. Prices are competitive for furniture of this quality and delivery is flawless. Tony is an amazing person to deal with and will always consider an offer if you are interested in multiple items. I cannot say enough good things about this place, it truly is one of the best stores I've ever shopped in. Felt like I was dealing with family, highly recommend.

I purchased 2 recliners from Guaranteed A. The first one was delivered immediately, One was custom upholstery and the day it came they called and I had it that same day. Richard was a pleasure to deal with and I recommend this store.

Very suspicious that Tony wouldn't tell me who makes the leather sofa we were looking at. If you go there, take note that most of the tags don't show that info but yet they say all furniture they sell is made in Canada??? Where??, Tried for 3 weeks to get an answer but he kept shrugging us off and lying that he sent the info. He seemed upset that I would even ask, he very boldly said that he already told me all the information that I needed to know...my 'spidy senses' kicked into high alert. Thanks to everyone who posted a review, sounds like a not so reputable place. It was a beautiful looking sofa but with sketchy information given, my personal assumption is that it probably wasn't leather and who knows where and by who it was made. After seeing other reviews, I should be thankful that he didn't get back to us and we didn't buy the furniture.

Stunning furniture in this store but the salesman named Danny has no manners marches you around the store doesn’t like you sitting on anything don’t touch anything that’s for sure and he demeans you the entire time your looking at things. We are not stupid people. What a aggressive angry little man. No we are not buying here. Especially after hearing him talk about us on the way out the door we could hear him talking to the black haired girl laughing about us. not nice

"Guaranteed a fine humiliation" - if your budget is any less than posh and you are in the mood for a rude lesson in reality checks, then this the place to be! Even before we could check-out their ultra-luxurious bedroom sets made from wood chopped in heaven, we were enlightened by the 'fine' salesman, a gentleman who goes by 'Danny' and a frontrunner for the salesman of the year Razzie, who told us that we were lost & probably at the wrong place. Maybe not coz maybe we needed this lesson!

This post has been a long time coming. If I had the patience you'd be reading for an hour but I've lost too much energy fighting with these crooks(esp Tony) over a couch that came in defective and took only a year to fix. I'm not a complainer but when I order a $7,000 couch I expect it to be pristine. First of all I had to pressure them for the date they promised(to have by christmas-only reason they got my business) and when it came some of the legs were the wrong color, the bolts were coming lose and the stuffing for the back cushions already looked tired & worn(still to this day). This was not my primary complaint and I didn't even care too much about these little things(but for that much money I did). When the deliver men took the plastic off they sliced an area in the bottom corner. I wasn't home at delivery, my husband was and didn't notice it until that night. Well it was Dec 23rd so obviously I was out of luck talking to anyone until holidays were over. Long story short I e-mailed and called with photos before the new year and they said they'd take a look at it. Over the course of the next 11 months i would have to deal with the biggest misogynist (Tony) I've ever met in my life! It was the delivery drivers fault but i was made out to be a liar because apparently I should've seen it happen and since I did not they would not take the blame. Anyone who saw it can tell it was from a boxcutter. Anyways the one brother Danny finally came out and looked at it(much better with people-he should be taking care of customer service) but had told me that basically it will take longer for them to fix it so I should just lie and call the warranty company to put a false claim in(I couldn't say the delivery men did it). For a month or so I debated this because i am not a liar and it was wrong to do this but I could tell they were not fixing it. If it were up to me I would've dropped it right back to the store, called the news and picketed their storefront but my husband begged me not to and we were going through a family tragedy I didn't have the time or heart to so I lied. Well lucky for me the owner of the store is also responsible for ordering the parts from the manufacturer to be fixed and he's the one who goes through the warranty company. I had to call multiple times because the order was NEVER put through by this idiot. Finally after calling the warranty company and them harassing him he ordered it and it took over 6 months for a small piece of fabric that could've been expedited. If you have any more question please feel free to message. I was planning on posting photos but they're on my other phone and I'm typing on my desktop. Point of the story.....DO NOT shop here! If you've got a lot of money to burn(and spend more then $7,000-apparently that wasn't enough to be taken seriously) and are a man then possibly you might have better treatment. Women, steer clear! Worst and most stressful experience of my life....over a bloody couch! After all of that I NEVER even received 1 apology!
