Had a wheel issue over the weekend. Called service dept on Monday morning and spoke with service advisor Tony. He was awesome. He squeezed me in just after lunch for an appointment, which I was very appreciative of. When I arrived, he was very pleasant to deal with. The service techs got me in and out within an hour and did a great job. The entire staff treated me with respect and attention. Even while sitting in the waiting room, a sales man asked if I needed anything. Always had a good experience at this dealership. Highly recommend.

Terrible dealership. I will never buy a new car from them ever again. Every time I took my car in for anything, it was returned with more damage. The service manager even had the nerve to ridicule me for stone chips on the car!! Oh and I was charged extra for the Bow tie emblem on the front grill!! I accept the stupidity for allowing that.

Brought my car in here for mechanical issues. I dealt directly with Marc Lagace (Shop Foreman), who went above and beyond to help me with my car! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I also dealt directly with Andrea Hill (Service Consultant) who also went above and beyond to help me! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and caring as well!!!! I thank Marc, Andrea and everyone who worked on my car immediately to get my car back to me! I would highly recommend Gus Revenberg for a new or used vehicle AND repairs!Linda Platt

Terrible! Protect your car and NEVER send your car to this trouble manufacturing place!I sent the car to them after an accident, and go pick it 50 days later, there was a loud engine noise as soon as I started the car. The guy came out to look and told me"This is due to the natural aging of the car due to its age. Just UNFORTUNATELY happened in this period". I trust him and leave, but then I found it's a lie, it's cause by a broken muffler. Which means they keep the car for 50 days and totally didn't found it!After communicating with the insurance company for a month(of course, the car can not be drive during this month), they asked me to send the car back here for inspection. After 30 mins then I arrived, the body shop people bring me to the car, and told me the engine cooling is broken and leaking. They said "It started leaking the moment we lifted the car up. We didn't touch it yet. It's Just UNFORTUNATELY happened."Good, now I need pay almost 600$ to replace the cooler. I said okay, just treat me as unlucky. But today when I come to pick the car, there's many bad scratches on the top of the car! The stuff still refused to admit it!

2008 Pontiac 5G: diagnostic service was done after I reported poor gas mileage.Work was completed, changed the fuel lines, replaced the EVAP hose, fuel filter, new spark plugs, reset the computer, MAF sensor cleaned and throttle was dirty.Parts $765.94Estimated Labour cost: $1262.40 = 8.41 hrs @$149.95/hrBring the car in at 10:00 am and the work was done at 3:44pm = 5.75 hoursCalled the service manager Shawn L. and he explained that the labour cost (estimate) is CHARGED FULLY whether the work was done on time, below time or over the time; and they try their best to estimate as closely as possible because they have experienced mechanics who do have " done the jobs" repeatedly in the past.Could they have estimated the cost of labour a little better?Disappointed in his tone when explaining it to me because I challenged the labour cost....

Good people. Never accept the first few offers. Always ask to see OTHER available warranty plans. New labor price is 150/hr there now. Find yourself a good mechanic. Never go to a dealer for repairs

My wife and I spend all day looking for a SUV. Dealer after dealer we visited it seemed they didn't want our business. We felt the service was not what it used to be and that we were out of the loop. We decided to try one more dealer. We visited Gus Revenberg GMC Buick Chevrolet dealer. As we drove in looking at the used cars, a salesman named Jay came out right way to greet us. His politeness and his respectfulness bought us a vehicle. Ryan Russel is a great person to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family hands down, there professionalism and service and customer service is second to none. ?

Pat and the whole crew at Gus Revenberg were amazing from 1st contact to finished service! Friendly, professional, timely - I got a whole new transmission in a day!!-they all went out of their way to make sure I had a place to stay, a loaner car to drive, even a place to park my travel trailer! Even my dog Harry was welcomed! I would be happy to recommend this dealer to all who are near Windsor!

Back when trucks were 0% financing I tried to inquire about financing a new Sierra.. never received a call back. A month ago we brought my wife’s car into the body shop for a quote. We decided to go through with the repairs. After calling back 5 times and and leaving 3 voicemails with Pino, I never received a call back. It’s been over a month. I was forced to go to another body shop. I wouldn’t waste your time with this dealership, as they’re fine with wasting your time.
