I got photos printed off my phone for Christmas gifts and I couldn’t get my phone to work and lady came over and really super helpful, thank you for the help and I definitely will be back in the future

Ted Kloske…the Manager of the Henry’s Windsor location personifies the term Customer Service Excellence and his level of caring and knowledge are also traits of all of the associates at this location. I highly recommend this Henry’s location for all photo needs regardless of a customers level of photo skills and enthusiasm.

They don't seem to have a good stock. It was towards the closing time. The customer service experience from the senior staff was colder than normal.

I dropped off two rolls of film to get developed here on June 13th. I only received one back after a few weeks. When I picked it up, I asked if it was unusual that I only got one back and not the other, but the lady reassured me that sometimes if it was sent off in a different bag it could take a few days longer. Okay, no big deal.After waiting an extra week or so, I called the store to check on it and was assured it was in production and maybe just needed a little more time. Fair enough!On August 9th, I was starting to lose hope as these pictures were really capturing something that was a once in a lifetime type experience and I was devastated that something could've went wrong along the line. I called yet again and Stephanie assured me that she would follow up on this. Shortly after our conversation I did get 'cc'ed' on an email from her showing that she was trying to get some answers for me. I waited a bit longer before sending a follow up email on August 20th, just requesting an update of any kind at this point. At the point of writing this, I've heard nothing.I am very empathetic and understanding that mistakes happen, mishaps happen -- yet I've been left in the dark and have had absolutely no communication from anyone aside from Stephanie as to what could be going on with this roll of film. I hate to leave such bad reviews and I'm not trying to be a bad customer, but this is really just awful customer service. At the very least, please communicate and assure me that you're still investigating or don't have answers for me yet but will reach out as soon as they know something.All I want is my roll of film back, developed or not. If that can't happen, it would be great to discuss other options for remedying this situation, at the very least as I've lost some images that obviously will never be able to be captured again. Unfortunately I've yet to be granted any communication back.

Visited Henry’s Aug 1 with my husband for passport photos! A very nice employee helped us! I asked about printing digital photos of our grandchildren and she said bring them in and they would be happy to help me with the printing equipment! The next day, August 2, I went back to have my passport pic redone because I did not like it! A different employee was at the counter talking to a customer on the phone! I waited a considerable amount of time and she then told them to hold on! She said I could only replace my passport photo if it was rejected so I said I would pay for a new one! So she directed me to the photo machine and helped me log in and left to go back to the phone! I struggled figuring it out and finally decided to printout just 2 of the 17 photos I had selected! But it charged me for all 17! She never came back to help me and wandered around the store! She was agitated and condescending when I called her over & she insisted I had selected all 17! I said forget it; she cancelled the order! I was frustrated and in tears when she took my new passport photo which ended up being worse than the first! I will never step foot in that store again! This employee should not be frontline!

The best experience ever !! They make you feel very welcomed and assists you right away , the instant printing kiosk is amazing ! Great quality and super easy ! Would recommend 100% ??

Henry's Camera shop is an outstanding establishment that offers top-quality photographic products and excellent customer service. As a happy customer, I can say that I have never been disappointed with the service I have received at this store.What makes Henry's Camera shop Windsor branch stand out, is their exceptional staff, particularly Sarah, who has always been professional and extremely helpful whenever I've placed an order. Convenient location, lots of parking and knowledgeable staff. I just needed some quick prints so I used the self-serve kiosk for instant printing, but this is a professional fully service camera shop.
