The physical condition of this store is deplorable. The up escalator hasn't worked in months. Men's Wear carries very little inventory anymore in terms of brands. I don't see a promising future for the Windsor location of this retailer.

I ordered an item online in December 27th. The bay charged my account that day and sent me an email confirming my order saying I would receive it by January 3rd. On January 2nd they charged my account again for the full amount. On January 9th they again charged my account for the full amount. So now I have paid for this item 3 times and still have not received my product. After numerous conversations with customer service and after emailing them my banking statement showing proof that they had charged me 3 times for an item I had not received I was told I would receive a response in 24-48 hours. On January 10th I received an email stating they cancelled my order. No explanation just simply that they had cancelled it. And I only received one refund. They charged me three times and only refunded me for one of my payments. After speaking with a supervisor again I was advised that they had zero intentions on refunding me the remaining charges and that the order was cancelled because there was no inventory. I was then told that I would have to go through my bank for the refund. Now I have to file a fraud investigation through my bank even though I have sent them clear undeniable proof that their company took my money and was confirmed by my bank. Their policy strictly states that they will never process the payment until the payment is packaged and delivered that they would only pre-authorize as pending. It also states that the pre-authorization amount will never exceed the cost of the product both of which are blatant lies. This is a clear cut and dry case and should be no issues refunding my money that they fraudulently charged to my account but instead of taking accountability they transfer the onus into my bank! When searching other reviews online and in BBB I learned this is common practice and I am not their only victim . Avoid this company at all costs. They are criminals and are knowingly and fraudulently stealing from their customers!!!

When I went it was bare bones staff...I could not find anyone to assist and the products they had in store were few and far between...I would usually attribute this to Christmas, but it's been the same regardless of what time of year I have gone in.

Went during Bay Days, which is a bit of a tradition for me. Great selection at this location for Mens Wear. Many kiosks to pay at, which is a plus.
