Jessica, Sina and the team are great to work with. I brought my car in for some front end work and alignment. They were affordable and worked with me in getting the vehicle in and out in a timely manner. They also provided shuttle service (pickup and drop off) in case you need to be elsewhere during the repairs.
Overall a pleasant experience so far. ✅

I had a challenging day traveling from the US to Windsor to pick up my medications, and it turned into quite the adventure. Shortly after hitting the interstate in my rental car, the tire pressure monitor light came on. Time was already tight, and I stopped at three different places to put air in the tire, but none of them accepted debit cards. I was pressed for time and didn't have Canadian coins on hand.
That's when Sina and her team stepped in and completely turned my day around. What might seem like a simple act of kindness was a huge relief in a very stressful moment. Their willingness to help me out when I needed it most was a saving grace.
I travel across the border frequently, and thanks to this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services for any car needs in the future. Plus, they have an adorable office dog—what more could you ask for? ? Thank you guys again!!!

Worst place ever worked with the owner Jose and his fiance there just money hungry people that spend 8 hours on your car doing nothing that why they have outrageous prices also threatened to fire me because I had an appointment never go here owner does not know what he's doing very ridiculous needs to be shut down or sold to somebody that knows what they're doing.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this auto repair shop and feel completely deceived. Here are the specific reasons for my dissatisfaction:
Unreasonable Costs: The shop spent 2 hours searching for the water leak in the trunk, charging $70 per hour. Then, they spent an additional 2 hours applying silicone to the air vent, with a total cost amounting to $290. However, after their "repair," I found that the leak was not resolved and was clearly not caused by the area they applied the silicone.
Incorrect Repair: When I returned to inform them that the leak was not in the area they fixed, they said they would need to check again and that I would have to pay more for this. It seems highly unreasonable to have to pay additional fees for a problem that wasn't addressed correctly in the first place.
Unfair Threats: When I decided to remove my car from their garage because I didn’t want to pay extra for another inspection, they threatened to report to my insurance company that my car had been in an accident, which is completely false and unfair.
Dishonest Service: They also claimed that my car hadn’t had an oil change in a long time, even though I had just had an oil change at Mr. Lube a few weeks ago. This makes me doubt the honesty and reliability of their service.
I advise everyone to carefully consider before using this auto repair shop’s services. The lack of professionalism and uncooperative attitude made me feel deceived and that I did not receive the value for the money spent.

I had my oil changed at Huron Automotive, great service. They went above and beyond by looking at all aspects of my vehicle while it was up on the hoist. Jose and his staff were very professional and offered great and honest service. I’d highly recommend going here

Huron Automotive goes above and beyond! Jose his team and Jessica were amazing to deal with. They keep you up to date with the status of your car. They take pictures of what they are replacing and to show you the issues with your car. Overall amazing experience. I now have a new body shop to go to!

The owner Jose immediately reached out to me personally after learning about my experience. I was informed that the employee is no longer working at the establishment.
Jose has gone above and beyond to rectify the situation. He personally worked on my car to figure out what was going on with the vehicle.
He took me in the shop to show me exactly what the issue was with the vehicle and patiently explained all the tests that were done and how to interpret them.
He stayed on after closing time to complete any testing that needed to be done. I am confident that my car has been well taken care of and should I experience anything that needs repair, that I again will be in great hands.
I am so grateful to be taken care of in the manner to which he has treated me. ( As though it was his own vehicle that he was repairing.)
The staff at the front of the store were extremely welcoming and everybody worked together to help me with my vehicle situation.I could not be happier with the experience that I had from Huron Automotive Services. They honestly made me feel like I was family.
Everything was top notch. I would highly recommend this shop for any repair.

I’ve been going to Dr J’s auto clinic for the better part of a year and they have always been good to me. Reasonable prices, fast diagnosis of any issues I’ve had with my 2008 Mazda 3. They make suggestions but never pressure for an upsell. Today they did my family a huge favour and were very understanding about our situation and went above and beyond to help us. They are the best auto shop in town!

Told me $140 for a safety, then told me they needed to charge me an additional $140 to read the codes on a new vehicle... I told them that was out of my price range so they just charged me for an incomplete safety. Basically threw my money away for nothing. Ridiculous they would charge me that much for a safety that did not include a code reading, and then charge double just to read a code, and then charge to repair anything... should have been upfront on pricing.

I came in with some noise from my engine.They fixed the problem and were able to have it covered by my warranty. They are really nice people and explained the problem to me so I was able to understand. They took care of everything for me. Thank you!
