We went to IKEA with a basic idea of what we wanted to do and were blown away by how quickly Fajr was able to put everything together for us! Her product knowledge, skill with the software, creativity and patience made the whole experience amazing and solidified our decision to go with IKEA! Fajr and the entire staff at Devonshire mall are amazing!! Thank you for all the great advice, we can’t wait to see everything installed!

Diala Makkawi, Planner in Windsor Plan and Order Point at Devonshire Mall, was absolutely fantastic. She helped us finalize and place our order, made great suggestions and arranged for easy payment and delivery options. Excellent customer service.

My planner was Diala M. and she was amazing! She really took the extra steps and helped guided me with the best designs/materials. Her suggestions were very helpful and considerate of my desires, and she was very communicative throughout the process with ordering the necessary materials. I strongly recommend her services! IKEA is really lucky to have her.

Just a wonderful experience. I had put a kitchen together myself in the kitchen planner program but Diala put me to shame quickly. Went though our order piece by piece to ensure we were getting what we wanted.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Fajr during my recent trip to IKEA, and she is genuinely one of the kindest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met. From the moment she greeted me, she made me feel completely at ease — like I was being helped by an old friend.
I asked a bunch of questions (some of which felt pretty silly!), but Fajr never made me feel bad or uncomfortable. She patiently guided me through everything with a big smile and the warmest attitude. Her kindness was so genuine, and her willingness to go the extra mile just made my day.
People like her turn an ordinary shopping trip into something memorable. IKEA is lucky to have someone so sweet, helpful, and truly wonderful on their team. Thank you, Fajr, for being a ray of sunshine! 🌞💛

We just moved to Windsor in a home with very small closets. We came to IKEA to make our home easier to live in.
Fajr is a wonderful designer. She truly wants to make her customers happy. She understands space and dimensions but most of all she has incredible knowledge of the IKEA product itself. She designed 2 beautiful wardrobes for us and a pantry/utility wall . Thank you Fajr for your patience and expertise.

We recently moved to Windsor and purchased a home here. We love our house but our kitchen was a disaster and we always knew it would need to be upgraded. My wife and I came in to IKEA for a walk and to do some future planning. Fajr approached us and asked us some questions. She was friendly, professional and so easy to work with. We explained to her what we wanted to do to our kitchen and explained we were just looking to get some ideas for now. She asked for some measurement’s and told us she’d get back to us with some plans and designs that we can look at. The next day Fajr emailed us plans and designs that we immediately fell in love with and they were below our budget. We didnt have to wait for it and we couldn’t after seeing the designs, we had to have that kitchen. Fajr made the whole process way too easy for us and we couldn’t be happier for going into IKEA for a walk. If it wasn’t for her, we would still be sitting on our old kitchen planning for a future reno. Highly recommend going to IKEA to see Fajr!
