I recently had an exceptional customer service experience, when buying a new pair of Birkenstock sandals.
The young man who sold me the shoes this week was a great help to me. I really appreciated him taking the time.
He was friendly, answered all of my questions and went the extra mile of helping me to figuire out exactly the type of sandal and size that I had needed to buy.
It was a great shopping experience and I will be sure to shop there again.

Today I dealt with Madison at Journey Devonshire and I was impressed. I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for, and that being paired with how picky I am wasn’t making shopping around for new shoes easy. Madison went out of her way to kindly greet me, and stay present through the slew of shoes I tried on until she suggested a pair I love. & of course I bought. Thanks for your time spent today Madison, you were lovely & should be appreciated for your customer service skills :)

Went in and bought a pair of shoes. After leaving the mall I noticed I was given 2 different sized shoes, even after asking her if these were the same size shoes, she confirmed yes before packing them up for us. I then called the store to let them know and had to drive all the way back to the mall. She made me wait in line, and was rude and didn’t even bother to apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Luckily I didn’t get all the way back to Chatham. I believe her name was Hailey. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in ages.

Went in there. Found 3 pairs of shoes I was ready to buy…..They had one pair of each in the store. Not my size. These shortages are getting ridiculous. No wonder there hasn’t been a single soul in there all day and the employees just stand around when you walk in lol

I went into Journeys looking to buy a specific pair of Birkenstocks. José helped me out more than any other person at the multiple stores I visited in the mall. Even when I decided on purchasing a style that was not available at his store, he continued to offer me advice on how to get the best fit. In the end, I ultimately opted to purchase a shoe from him at Journeys vs competitor because I would much rather give my business to a place with such superb customer service! José should be acknowledged and rewarded for his excellent customer service.

I am so thrilled and satisfied with the service that I experienced on Black Friday of this year 2019. I was shopping with my mom for Christmas presents and all of the employees working warmly welcomed us when we walked in the store and made themselves super approachable. I happened to stumble upon a pair of black Timberland bootie heels. I had a pair just like that on my Christmas list, so naturally I asked for my size to try on and was helped immediately with such excitement. They were a great fit and were actually quite comfortable for being a pair of heels. As I stood checking myself out in the mirror, one of the employees gave me a compliment and with such positive energy he encouraged me to "strut it". I felt so comfortable and accepted, so I did just that treating the store like it was my runway. Every single other employee was clapping and cheering me on, saying things like "work it girl". They truly made me feel confident. I can definitely never forget this, as it warmed my heart it was also one of the best, if not the best, customer service experience I ever had. AND IT WAS BLACK FRIDAY. I was shocked at how composed and calm the employees were, they handle the pressure VERY well. I was so happy that I even took down their names so that they can be recognized. These were the employees that helped me as follows; Cole, DeAna, Dema, Kaili, and Reta. Forgive me if I left anyone out or made any spelling mistakes. You all were truly the high light of my day. Thank you so much, your employers are very lucky to have each one of you. Happy Holidays!
