I Booked in for new tires over 1 week prior to my appointment date. Tires were not in yet on my appointment date. Nobody called to notify in advance or even. Called day of to let me know what was going on. So my truck sat all day with nothing done to it. When questioned about it employee was give9ng me alot of attitude saying I missed my appointment but my truck was on site since 6 am. Would not recommend this business as they don't know how to do business. Very unprofessional established

The best tire company there is.My last 4 sets of tires have been from Kal Tire. Plus the lifetime warranty is an added bonus.The staff here are great and know what they're doing. Timely service always provided.Thanks guys.I'll be back, if need be.

I had my car towed there for repairs it took 3 days, the person on the phone was not friendly at all to begin with. I told them I was a regular customer in Hamilton, the service there has always been excellent and that I was under friends and family, he told me that there was nothing in the system stating that. I called the 2nd day to inquiry about my vehicle and was told $1700 I asked was that under friends and family and he said yes. I finally was called to pick up my vehicle. I arrive at the shop and immediately get jumped on by a dog. I said to the customer with the dog could he get his dog which was ignored. There were 2 dogs in the store and not service animals. There were 3 employees in the store and someone in the office, yet nobody said anything about this dog jumping on me. The dog approached me again and louder I said could you get your dog. The customer pulled the leash but the dog kept coming back. I am afraid of dogs due to being bitten quite badly. I finally get to the counter and was again told $1700, again I asked was that for friends and family. The man serving me checked after I said I was in the system and the price was adjusted. I am not at all impressed with the customer service in this store. I get in my vehicle and leave, I arrive home and notice that my hood wasn't closed. This could have had a different result had I gotten on the highway. I will not be returning to that store

Tires great, mechanical not so great, they tried to upcharge me for lower ball joints which 3 other mechanics said I didn't need.

Very bad experience, guys were just not interested in fixing flat, but were trying to persuade me to buy four new tires, very bad experience.So far nobody from management has contacted. For you kind information, we repaired the tire in 28$ not 2800$ recommended by your employee. It's working perfect. Would not recommend anyone to do business with you.

I brought my sons tire in to be fixed. Not only did they tell me they couldn't fix it, that it was beyond repair they tried to walk off with my tire. I told them I wanted the tire back and he looked at me rather strange but then handed it to me. I've since gone to another tire place. Not only did they fix the tire they put it back on the car, balanced it and still charge less than Kal Tire. I will never go there again.

No qualms about the tires and the price was great, but I was scheduled for an appointment when it came time for the alignment. They put a few customers in front of me. My car was sitting outside for 15 minutes. The sales person did not even attempt to tell me what was going on. I asked and he says it might be a while before they get my car on the alignment rack. EXTREMELY not impressed.Communication is key . They DON’T communicate to the customer.My update on Kal tire. I went a week later which was yesterday to get my alignment. One of the managers came up to me and asked if I had a good experience and I told him about the experience I had the week prior they handled it extremely well with very good communication , so I would like to detract my review and give them a very good review

Recently made the switch to Kal Tire Windsor from a competitor at work and have been extremely impressed with everything they do. From management to the people in the field, nothing less than top notch service. Big shoutout to Ian and Jeff.

Kal tire of windsor doesn't respect their neighbours, customers or communities. Money and greed seem to be the only importance to them. If you work for or with unions I would suggest looking for a different supplier, this supplier doesn't respect collective bargaining.

Almost $57 for a flat tire repair whereas the website advertises it in the mid 30s range. I go there for winter tire swap, which is a pretty decent service but flat tire repair is way too expensive in my opinion.

This company crosses picket lines. Ruining the sovereignty of Canadians supporting corporations destroying local hard working peoples rights and freedoms. I will never buy anything from KalTire.
