I got there 10 minutes before my time and the line was very long. So long story short when my time came I was still in line. I can see my name on the monitor but nobody called for me. So I still waited for another 10 minutes and I was still in line. I have another doctor's appt (hence this prior booking). So I left. I came back after an hour and the person at the counter said I should have advised that I cancelled before I left. Really? I think she has no common sense. And I think there's something that needs to be improved with the (booking) system. Clients who took the time to go to this website and book is the one at a disadvantage here. This is just my negative feedback. I think it's valid and should be looked at. It's ok if you don't. You just get these negative feedbacks. Just saying.

The booking system does not work. It does not reward those who use this. There's no difference with just walking in. You still have to wait. That's why people walk in and the line becomes longer.

My daughter needed tests which was faxed from her doctor. They didn’t do all of them for no reason at all. I coincidentally had an appointment with my doctor and learn that they didn’t even do the tests. When I called, they said she didn’t have a requisition. A going back and forth and insisting that the doctor said otherwise, they checked and found it in her file. I had to come twice and do the test twice, having to wait an hour each time. The staff were really rude, they did not explain the reason for not doing the test, and not a single apology was given.

The nurse who admitted us also took our blood. I thought it was unprofessional when she admonished my mother for drinking coffee that morning, I don't think she knew I had come in with her. When I asked why she was speaking to my mom like that (and mentioned that her paperwork stated she didn't need to be fasted), she changed her tone of voice immediately and stated defensively, "Well not a lot of people know that coffee counts"... Okay, thanks, could one say that without all of the attitude perhaps?When she came to take my blood, she jabbed me pretty hard. When I say that I bruised and bled more than I ever have for a simple blood lab, I'm not exaggerating. She then asked me something I've never been asked in a blood lab: Do I want a bandaid? Usually the nurse kindly tapes a little cotton pad onto one's arm without asking. It must have been her first day. I'm tempted to add a picture of the bruise she left me with. Never going back to this location.

This used to be my go-to lab for blood work but I will never set foot in here again. I told the technician I had small veins and have a history of difficult blood draws. She completely ignored me and used a large needle, missed the vein, and nicked a nerve! Then she tried to make it my fault because this happened to me ONCE over 15 years ago by a student at the hospital. It has been several days and I am still in pain and cannot straighten my arm without pain and electricity shooting through my whole arm to my fingertips. This lab is more interested in pushing as many people through as fast as possible and they don't care about their patients. I wish I could sue. My upcoming holidays are ruined.

The woman at the front desk had absolutely no customer service skills. She was rude and dismissive and did not listen to anything that I was saying. We had 2 requisitions from 2 separate doctors asking for the same labs and she made it very complicated and confusing and said that she couldn’t just send the results to both of them like they have always done In The past. We used to go to this location often and it was always a great experience until now. We will not be using this lab again.

I made an appointment and only took about 30 seconds to get into a room! Very quick. It was also the best blood work experience I have ever had. Barbara was the one taking my labs and I had to get 8 vials. I normally get very uncomfortable getting it done, but I couldn’t even feel it and could not even feel the vials being changed. Will be going back for the rest of my lab work in the future!

Windsor Ontario location. Doctor office sent over request for labs electronically in the morning. I left work early to arrive at the lab at 3:20 pm. Doors were locked and lights were off. You would think the staff would contact a patient they got a lab request for if they were leaving early. Horrible customer service. Website provides a national number that does not actually lead to speaking to a person. Just a bunch of mostly irrelevant information for someone trying to reach a specific office. I would have called to confirm they were going to be there until 4 pm if I had a way to access the specific lab.Now they have my lab request hostage and I cannot go anywhere else today to get these services.

Today, I visited a busy Lifelabs.The receptionist was nice and quickly answered my question about the urine test. The nurse who took my blood was friendly, made me feel comfortable, and even gave me some helpful advice about pregnancy. They have a great team, and I want to say thanks for their excellent service, even when it's crowded.

Eva is the sweetest most amazing person I've ever dealt with while having blood taken ( I've been to alot of places with many different nurses) she was the most kind and helpful when I started passing out I have never had such a good experience. I could not be more grateful to have had her take care of me if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I can't express how phenomenal she was!!!

Fantastic. Easy in, easy out if you book an appointment prior. Was 10mins total from when I arrived. Nurse was very helpful and compassionate.

Windsor location- The lady at the front desk "Eva" has no customer service skills. Did not acknowledge us standing and waiting for her for 10 minutes. I was patiently waiting, but then had to start the conversation by asking how was she doing. No eye contact she made and said to give her 5 minutes. After 5 minutes again sat at her computer, made no eye contact and asked if we had an appointment to which I replied no as there website stated they take walk ins now and even it was posted at their desk and plus the clinic was fully empty. Then she asked for another couple of minutes. And then finally said they can't because they are closing in 10 minutes and they have enough to do before closing at 4 PM. Through the whole conversation she never came at the front desk, no eye contact, no greeting and completely ignored our presence. After wasting our time we left without service. I had to drive there and back 20 KM each side because I always had a great experience in the past. But never again, I do not want to be treated like that ever again. It happened on July 19, 2023.
