Purchased a dishwasher that was not up to the standard of what I wanted. Had such a horrible time from the purchase to the installation. Lowes was SO much better. I spoke to three managers, and each one said something different. Never will I purchase from this store again! I will not respond to an auto response to my review from Rona. Rona does not care about their customers. I asked for contact response weeks ago on one of their surveys.

NO CASHIERS!! And the ones working there don't care about their customers. We were loyal customers when it was still a Lowes. We went in on a Saturday afternoon and the store did not have nearly the same customer volume as when it was a Lowes. That should have been our first clue. We found our item and went to check out and there were no cashiers. The only open checkouts were self-checkouts. My husband had only cash because we were buying a small item. All the self-checkouts were Card Only. We asked a cashier passing by. She shrugged and asked the cashier who was minding the self-checkouts if there were any cash checkouts open. That cashier shrugged and said "I don't know." Only two cashiers in the place and neither of them know if there's cash checkout available?? So we stood there waiting and they ignored us. Finally I dug out my credit card to pay for my husband's item. We're only shopping at HOME DEPOT from now on.

#1 Reason not to buy a Frigidaire! USELESS WARRANTY!We acquired a Frigidaire Pro refrigerator in June 2022. Shortly after receiving it, we encountered an issue with the water dispenser continuously leaking water, causing a mess on my kitchen floor. Upon investigating, I removed the top hinge cap and identified a design flaw. The plastic water hose made a sharp 90-degree turn at the top without any elbow, spring, or support, leading to bending and pinching of the line, eventually resulting in cracks. They replaced this hose three times, and it was only on the third replacement that the technician incorporated a bend or elbow to prevent further pinching. But there's more to the story. The second major problem was that the refrigerator section consistently froze the food and formed ice along the back, even when set at 40 degrees. Technicians were dispatched to our home 13 times, repeatedly replacing various components, including the thermostat twice and the main back panel three times. It's puzzling why they kept sending technicians to replace the same parts repeatedly. Frigidaire ultimately concluded that the fridge was beyond repair, and we were eligible for a replacement. However, when we initially bought the fridge at a reduced price during a sale at Lowes, the market prices had since risen. They now insist that I get a refund for the original purchase price but expect me to pay the price difference at today's full list price for a new one to replace the same model fridge that was under warranty. This appears illogical. As consumers, we purchase appliances with the expectation that they come with a manufacturer's warranty to address any defects or failures. In this case, the fridge was deemed irreparable under warranty, and I was entitled to a replacement. However, Frigidaire insists that I pay out of pocket, roughly $1000, to secure the replacement, even though it's under warranty. This situation raises questions about the purpose of a warranty and feels like a case of deception, selling products without standing by their quality. At this point, it's not solely about the money; it's about the principle. I have decided to replace all Frigidaire appliances in my home and switch to a different brand altogether. This will be the last time I invest in an Electrolux product, and I am committed to warning potential buyers about my experiences. MODEL# PRFS2883AF SN.4A22919701

I just had the most helpful amazing experience. Lorie, Steve and Tricia went above and beyond to help me with a new lawn project. I arrived with my 3 month old to customer service to ask for help in getting two huge cube bags of promix. Lorie and Steve got the bags, and then helped me to load them into the trunk. When checking out, Lorie mentioned about getting a $25 gift card promo, I was at $99.98 of a sub-total, and she had said to just grab gum or chocolat bar so that I would qualify for a free $25 gift card. I never would've known had she not mentioned anything. Then while the men were working late on the front lawn-to-be, we noticed have two different types of Promix, one for general use and one for potting, and so I rushed back to the store minutes before closing.. arriving right at 9pm while Tricia was locking up. I explained my urgent situation of having the wrong product and that the men were still working on the yard, last piece of the puzzle sort-to-speak. Steve rushed to grab the right bag of promix and swap out the wrong bag from my trunk. They could have had said they were closed and had me come back next day, but they understood with a new baby and the urgency with having the men still on-site trying to finish the job. Thanks to their help, I was able to get back home just in time as they finish dispersing the rest of the seed and promix they had, and needed that last bag. I'm so grateful for the three of them helping me make this happen. It's amazing service like this that keeps customers coming back and word-of-mouth recommending to others what great care and help is given. It's not all about making money as a company, it's about a caring community of people who love helping others realise their home improvement projects. Posting photo of the product used and it nicely put on our lawn-to-be. We were told that the promix along with the topsoil and seed would help give best start to a new lawn.

Rona is a good store to shop, very clean and well stocked. The lady in the paint section was very kind and did a very good job in customer service to help us choose the correct pain colour for our project. We also purchased potting soil, which 2 young men helped us load, they were very kind and gentle.Overall good visit

Absolutely brutal if you're doing an online order pickup. Went at 8pm when it wasn't busy and it still took 45 minutes of standing there before I had my order in my hands. Were they busy you might ask? Nope. Tons of staff wandering around talking to each other. Only one woman working the customer service desk where you pick up your order. She was trying to return a dryer for someone and was clearly completely lost. At one point I watched her literally stare at the computer screen for 10 minutes without touching it at all. The guy returning the dryer actually went behind the counter and had to use the computer for her. I kid you not! The front end supervisor came over and helped the person waiting behind me, and when I complained she said it was because she'd already been helping him in flooring earlier. Even that guy couldn't believe it and he told her to make sure she helped me since I'd been waiting so long. So she finished with him and asked me what I wanted and I told her I had an online order and she pointed to the other girl struggling with the dryer return and said she'll help me and walked away. Literally 45 minutes it took before I had my order, which was already paid for, in my hands. At that point there was about a half dozen people in line behind me now. I told them to pull up a chair as I left and told them they're going to be there a long time. Worst experience ever at any home improvement store. It's not surprising why this store has gone from Rona to Lowe's and now Rona+. They can't keep any customers with staff like this. Certainly won't be shocked when this store changes names again in a couple years.

Terrible customer service in the paint department today. Extremely rude, as if my asking for assistance was a burden on her because she was already mixing paint. I waited 10 minutes (to ask a simple question) dropped my things on the counter and left. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially considering these crazy inflated prices we are paying as consumers.

New name, same expensive prices. Almost everything here is consistently 10% higher than the orange store down the street. Since I never leave a box store without spending atleast $100... That's like saving $10 each visit.

Called twice two days in a row for someone to let me know if assembly is offered on a certain product. Each time I just get put on hold and transferred between departments. After 15 minutes on the line I know I’ve been forgotten about. Absolutely the worst customer service from any hardware store. Go to Home Depot or Home Hardware if you want half decent service at least.
