Useless employees and management. Upon my timberland boots tearing at sole 15 days after purchase I went in for an exchange due to a manufacturing defect. Only to be told the boots have TO MUCH USE to be only 15 days old even though I had the box and receipt with me that clearly states to style of boot and date of purchase. They continued to argue why someone can't use a BOOT that much that quick, as if I purposly wanted to ruin my brand new boots... cause that makes sense. Boots are only made for walking on cement according to them. I must not know how to wear boots properly. Don't know her name but she looked like a 70 year old pennywise. The absolute worst work wear store in all of Canada. No support for actual trade workers.

The staff is good and there is a large selection but prices are higher than others.
Also store specials make no sense whatsoever. What is the point of having a special on scrub tops alone? We have never just bought tops only, it's always a set as they are always worn together and worn out at the same pace.

Terrible walked in asked for help. I got a finger pointing in the direction. Im a long time CT card holder, buy two pairs of workboots a year probably going elsewhere now.

Is a great Place to shop. I had an excellent woman weight on me. I had to go up a size and running shoes because of the width. And I got out of there with less than a $100 bill.

They had exactly what I was looking for. I purchased a belt. Yes it was more expensive than a belt from another store, but the last one I bought from them lasted 3 yrs, so it was worth the extra money
