Sunday night Nov 19th at closing I was being helped with a young helpful man, he needed assistance with our purchase so he told us 1 minute I’m going to get my manager while waiting for him to come back this very rude woman came and I asked me if I needed help I told her no thanks I am being helped by someone already, she automatically picked up the item that I was supposed buy and she wanted to bring it to the cash register, I told her wait I have some questions regarding this item meanwhile the 1st person was coming back with help, she did not let them help me She was very pushy and wanted us out as soon as possible. Never coming back to this location.

Customer service - sucks. I regretted 1000 times coming there today. Definitely never coming back. Sparky attitudes from the cashiers - last time I checked was not the norm when talking to a customer.

Good place to shop for goods however stock can be hit/miss. Staff is friendly and approachable. Only complaint would be the obnoxious smell of curry that comes from the food court- sometimes it can smell inside the entire store!

Best store in the city. Love the assortment of cooking materials. I wish the shoe selection was larger, but can occasionally find something that is perfect.

Had to give 1 star because there is no option for zero. Had the worst customer experience especially with Sherill, the assistant manager.Two similar products with different pricing! We requested them to double check the pricing. While they agreed it was a fault, they refused to do anything about it or correct it. Very disappointed with the team. No sense of customer service. Had higher expectations! Would never go back here as I don’t trust the pricing system anymore.

Favourite store in Windsor! Always adding new stock, staff are friendly and love their prices! Great place to find a gift for any occasion, as well as something for yourself!!! Grab a cart in your way in, you will find more than you came for!!
