Let me look at a place, everything was good I was only one who looked at place. Person who showed me made it seem like everything was good. Then I had to ask several times for the application to be sent to me, weeks went by with no response. I called, at first they had trouble finding my application, then I was told there was no answer yet. Been almost a month still no answer. After this review they finally responded, but they never talked to me as they claim. Don't recommend this company!

If I could put a 0 star I would. By far the worst management company.. been waiting over 6 months for functioning lights and repairs. No effort made by company. No outreach. Building half condemned, gas code violations, black mould, it's horrible. Do not rent from this crook of a company.

Very poor! I turned up to the property to view it. The gentleman said hi and then go look around. Other than that he didn't speak to me. Then when I left and spoke to my partner I messaged and asked over text how to apply for this property as I loved it. I never got a response. I could of chased this up but I didn't. If you cannot respond to someone keen to apply for a property through you, then you're not a company I would like to rent from.
It's sad, was a beautiful home but a bad experience!

I paid my rent at exactly 11:27am on July 1st i know because i screenshot every e-transfer i make. Yesterday July 2nd you guys sent me a “Delinquent” email saying that as of 10am on Tuesday I haven’t paid my rent? You guys have auto deposit…. Not my problem you don’t pay attention and read the message attached to the e-transfer stating where the payment is coming from. I never got my invoice like usual after i made payment so i had to call to get the invoice which was dated like i paid Tuesday yet i paid Monday.. Get it together MPS.

Useless receptionist, when it affects neighbors and I'm involved as community, so be it. When I call for some level of information or insight as to why neighbor's home is seized, nothing. Zero stars. How convenient for you guys to not be affected or understand context and how that affects parties naturally involved.

BEAWARE! Rude and unprofessional management! They would ignore your maintenance request and then when it comes to pay the bills they’d past due them and over charge for issues that wasn’t even your fault.
The reply below is very untrue. Don’t work with this company!

I am new with Maximum Property Solutions and so far so good. I had a few new tenant hiccups but everything has been resolved or is in the process.
Anita has been very good at responding to maintenance requests/concerns promptly. Once my outstanding issues are resolved I will definitely give a 5 star rating because I do understand some things take time to settle in.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by one of your agents, Alan Sani. Recently, I had to move out and had to hand my keys to the management company. When we arranged for a specific time to meet, the management company did not show up.
The next day, Mr. Sani blamed us for the miscommunication and spoke to us in a very rude and disrespectful manner. When we tried to explain that we had a lease agreement with our landlords and not with the management company, he continued to speak rudely and demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of property law or landlord-tenant law.
Mr. Sani's behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. He was the rudest agent I have ever met, and his disrespectful attitude is not tolerated. If the company still keeps him as an agent, then it is clear that the company is willing to be rude with tenants.
I hope that the management company will take my complaint seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that this type of behavior is not repeated in the future. It is crucial that tenants are treated with respect and professionalism, and agents who behave in a disrespectful manner should not be allowed to continue representing the company.

I highly recommend Maximum Property Solutions to anyone in need of a home! Jessica was phenomenal in securing my brother and I a beautiful new home and since then Anita has been nothing short of spectacular in answering and handling any questions and concerns we’ve had as we’ve settled in! The whole team is incredible and very responsive and you won’t regret giving them a call!
