“Right now I came up here on vacation, got sick went to Henry Ford and I am still going!!!! The doctors are trying to find out what is going on with me ...the lab people make me I feel feel like family. I went to go get my ears checked ... my eyes checked ...annnnnnd I go to pain management. It seem like I'm up there all the time. Stop into Papa Joe's and grab you some fruit or some of that lemon soup. Manager special is buy 1 get 1 free. Sushi is good too.”

“Booked an appointment online for 11:30. I got there at 11:25 in the building & they didn’t seat me until 11:40. Waited about 5 minutes until my nurse came to take my blood. I didn’t mind the wait. Lisa took my blood and she made me feel relaxed, calm, and comfortable. She was really kind. She kept making sure I was okay. She was really sweet & you could tell she cared about her job and takes pride in her good work.
Everyone working there should make patients feel comfortable in their hands like Lisa did with me. Not everyone working there was as kind as Lisa, hence the -1 star.
