Metro is what you'd expect for pricing... Expensive. Besides that, the staff are very friendly and helpful. When I needed help with something, they went all out. Three different people went out of their way to find what I needed, restocked the shelf, and made me feel appreciated. I of course thanked them. I in no way asked them to do any of that. I expected to be told they didn't have it and them go back to work. Great customer service!

Always quick at the checkouts. Can always find what we need. Clean store and friendly staff. Kim in the deli is always friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy going to Metro. I find the people who work there to be very friendly and helpful ... Of coue, I'm in there so often.
The store is very clean and neat and bright. I see some people complaining about the prices. Prices are high everywhere, Metro has some great sales prices... I stock up when something is on sale.
I evan find the customers to be friendly. All it takes is a nice, friendly smile and a hello and it makes my day!?

I like Metro. But this time there was a hair in my premade deli sandwich. Turned me off of the deli for a while.

Issac in the deli is rude for no reason. I ordered selection turkey breast. The woman couldn't find the code for it. She asked him for help. He told her to ring it up as maple leaf chicken breast. Which costs about 2.00 more a kg, double the price of what I ordered. Twice I told him that's not what I got. He didn't respond, then I said so I'm just going to pay for the wrong thing, and he said yup.

For the most part it’s solid. Good prices and has most of what we’re looking for. Only had an incident where I purchased spoiled fish. They were fine with refunding but made a little stink of not bringing it back when I had disposed it.
I’m sorry but if you’re selling spoiled products, I’d rather not make another trip back to the store with it in my car on a hot summer day.

Worst Metro I've ever visited in Ontario, and I've been to a ton. Almost never have their flyer promo butcher items. They just put out a few in am and always gone before noon. ALWAYS a disappointment looking for anything. Also, way overpriced compared to other, even higher end stores. Not even worth stopping by.
