I have been twice to Micheal’s framing and the reason I’ll keep coming back is Ryenne. One of the most wonderful people I have ever worked with. She goes over and beyond making sure your art turns out perfectly. Ryenne is patient, extremely kind and beyond helpful. The world needs more people like Ryenne!! Worst management ever the new store at Tecumseh mall hired 30 plus employees all to set up a store and promised them hours . Now a month after there opening 60 percent of there employees have been given zero hours and are strung along thinking they have work. Shame on Michaels for using people like that and shame on the cooperation for allowing management to do this

Went to Michael's to specifically look for a certain size of frame. I did not need a custom job and was happy to find the size I needed. Also, their self checkout has been streamlined. Easy to read the prompts and scan. Plus, an attendant to help with any questions was also available.
