One of my favourite places to shop, period! Great service, and they will make you customized wood for trim, for shelving, or anything, to your specs. Prices very reasonable IMO.

Placed an order for a threshold cap - a simple small 3 foot piece of wood with a groove in it. I follow up more than a week later, they say they had a big order come up that 50+ people are waiting on and had to finish that first, but they are almost done and my order would be one of the next. Call another week later and this time they say they had another huge back order that’s been waiting for a year that they just had to get done because it’s been waiting for so long.. called again 3 weeks after and she just repeated how busy they are and how they now have 4 contractors waiting for their jobs. No apology, no consideration or even an estimate when they can get to my order (she got mad and very rude when I asked), basically just “we have all this more important work, no idea when we’ll get to yours”. Why even take my order in the first place? Say you’re busy and that's the end of it, why waste my time and drag a quick and very simple job for weeks and weeks?
They seem very disorganized with their orders. I recommend avoiding this place for any custom woodwork, they have no respect for their customers and are nothing but a waste of time.

I've been to Miller's off & on throughout the years, but now my daughter was looking for cabinet handles for her tiny home being built in our backyard! THIS is where I took her! She found gold handles to match the kitchen faucet, ordered them, and walked away a happy customer! And, BTW, Theresa rocks...she is SO knowledgeable about the brands, colours, just everything....she's an encyclopedia of information! Highly recommend!!!

It is so good to still have places like this around. Andy is putting on an absolute master class in how to take over a business. Anyone who has been coming here for years already knows to keep on coming without any concern. Anyone who isn't familiar with Miller's should put these guys at the top of your list for any high quality custom woodwork, furniture hardware and even small projects and gifts.
