I recently purchased a Mini from Windsor Mini, and Yasmine was the salesperson who assisted me throughout the process. She was incredibly nice, genuine, and helpful—qualities I’ve rarely encountered in car sales. I’m truly glad I bought my Mini from someone I can trust, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a Mini or BMW.
The reason I rated four stars is due to the overall process of receiving the car. On the day of pickup, the car wasn’t fully prepared—there were a few stains and hairs visible (especially noticeable on the white interior) and the gas tank wasn’t full. There was also a bit of confusion during the final steps, but thanks to Yasmine’s professionalism and support, everything was resolved smoothly.

I had an amazing experience with the sales department at MINI Windsor! From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the perfect Electric MINI.
The entire sales process was smooth, and there was no pressure at any point.
My salesperson Daniel, was fantastic—patient, thorough, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident in my purchase. Bill the sales manager was also fantastic to work with! I couldn't be happier with my new MINI and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a top-notch car buying experience!

Just went in for an oil change for my Mini. Was able to use the customer waiting area that has free coffee and wifi. Handy customer app to track progress of job. Technican also posted a video clip of the multi-point inspection - cool! Tom and the Service team provided great service

The best Sales Woman I have dealt in whole life. Myself and my wife are very thrilled to have had Bozena helping us purchase the new Mini Cooper. I recommend Bozena to all my friends and whoever wants to purchase a vehicle. She is amazing to work with. When I get a BMW I’m going to her. My wife said Bozena is a lovely sales woman.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would! Had my car in for service and was absolutely GOUGED! Started out with 3 error codes and agreed to fix them. 1) Thermostat 2) 4 new engine coils 3) new spark plugs. After a 10% discount it came to $2300! AFTER that work was completed they called to tell me I now need a new Radiator. New total $3495! $1100 for a radiator and labor? Then when I asked how much they would give me to buy my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman with 102,000 KMS with New tires, New Brakes and all the work I just had done they offered me $2,500- $3,000. I paid more in repairs than my car is worth??? This place definitely lived up to all the horrible things I've heard from other Mini Owners I've spoken with. I will never deal with your dealership again! The only positive thing going for this place is Adrianne, the amazing Service representative who was super professional and very knowledgeable.
