I had a warranty issue with an office chair. It was 2 weeks out of warranty. Matthew Burrows at Monarch contacted the company, resolved my issue and my new part is on it's way. All this in only a few hours after I contacted Monarch. Great response time. Totally satisfied. Good work!

I was totally stressed out over a debit card issue that arose after I'd bought an item on the Monarch website. Rachel to the rescue! She calmed me down, and led me step by step, easy peasy, through the solution. Such a relief! And if that's not enough, they include a free chocolate bar with every delivery! Does Staples do that? Why no, no they do not! Love these guys! And I won't forget their kindness to me when I was in need.

I was pleased with the courteous, prompt service and problem solving to adjust my office chair. It was not their product but Matthew (at the Windsor store on Provincial Rd) pinpointed the seat back issue and how to adjust it. His knowledge base and customer service are commendable. I would highly recommend working with Monarch Basics. We needed some ergonomic furniture at our location. I worked with Matthew Burrows, one of their Account Managers. He went way above and beyond to help us. He researched the correct products for us. He set up a virtual meeting in which we could show him our space and tap into his expertise to ensure that we were purchasing the correct products. We could not be more impressed with their level of service. They were great.

I have had the great pleasure and reward of working with the amazing staff at Monarch Basics to build my home office. The staff are EXTREAMLY knowledgeable, patient and make sure you are finding what suits you best for your space, and necessary proper ergonomics. I purchased a desk, with filing cabinet, two office chairs, all of the necessary offices supplies and a wonderful ergonomic keyboard and mouse. The staff not only fit me for my office chair to suit my need according to my petite size but also took the time to assure once I had the chair at home I knew how to adjust it accordingly. After purchasing my desk I had a question about the assembly and the staff took the time to walk me through where I was having difficulty over the phone. Anyone looking to create a beautiful at home office or have any of your necessary office needs met I HIGHLY recommend Monarch Basics. I live out of town and have all of my necessary needs delivered to London and would not go anywhere else!! The staff are outstanding, the products are beautiful you will not be disappointed! Thank you, thank you Monarch for making my year teaching from home and my daily work from home a breeze!!

I am so thankful to have such a great company to work with over the past 30 years. Over these years I have found working with the staff who are consistent with up to date knowledge with the most recent office innovations at my time of purchase. Most recently my new home office consisted of a complete make over with the help and guidance from the staff I purchased a stand/rise desk, ergonomic chair (x2), mobile pedestal drawers and a mobile printer stand. After giving my room dimensions to Dylan he was able to show me an office layout which totally had better setup than I could even imagine. I must also mention how happy I was to have the added option to have the installation staff come to my home and assemble my complete home office!
