Yesterday was a terrifying experience. My car rapidly overheated with no known cause and no warning causing me to panic, pull over and try to assess. I injured myself trying to check under the hood. I made the decision to call Myers towing for help. The woman who answered was amazing! She kept me calm, walked me through the process, got my information and asked if i was ok. She was so kind and so thorough. She sent a tow truck to me in 15 minutes. The driver immediately got me into his truck and gave me aloe wipes for my burnt arm ( hot coolant hurts!) And my car was on its way to a shop in minutes. It was a full service operation and was so affordable. I can't thank this company enough. I would recommend this company to anyone. One of the worst days ever and was made so much better by this experience. Thank you so much!!
