We used service of nexus junk removal and moving for our moving from Windsor to Brockville. They are very helpful and due to long distance they came day before to load everything so that we can leave early next day. During whole journey they constantly in contact with us. First they damaged the floor of our brand new house by bringing two new movers who moved sofa set without legs and scratching our wooden floors. Then Ibrahim sent me an abusive text calling us "hawks" and "customers from hell" and that "I begged him to move". He used strong abusive words in a long text when he should have apologized for damages and attempted to repair. Please stay away from these movers as they will damage your house and then use abusive language against you. We have filed complaint against them for the abusive language and for denying damages.
