They did not say a word to us the entire time. I tried to converse with the ladies doing our nails but got absolutely nothing it return. Didn’t even take out a nail file. You like uneven nails, this is the place for you. I felt so unwelcome from the second I walked in to the second I left. 11/10 would not recommend.Service: Pedicure

I went in for a pedicure with my friend and they didn’t welcome us into the building. They seemed like they rushed the entire treatment and we felt very uncomfortable. They didn’t care to converse with us and I was not satisfied with treatment that was done, all my nails were not filed and they were crooked. I do not think it was worth the money!Service: Pedicure

First time going here, i used to work in a nail salon so I know everywhere is different so I called and booked an appointment and asked if they do just polish on feet (I didn’t want a pedicure massage or anything literally just polish I don’t like my feel being touched) i ALSO ask if they prep the nails (push the cuticles back, file and everything) she said yes. SHE SAID YES. So I’m sitting it in the chair and she zips through it in like 10 minutes and gets it all over my cuticle and it looks absolutely terrible. I ask her to fix the cuticle and she said my nails r too short. I ask again can you fix the CUTICLE and she said you have cuticle there and I said on the phone I asked if they do lean it up because I would’ve done it at home if I knew. I do my own nails. I just can’t do my feet. Not to mention she used the same file and buffer as the lady sitting next to me.. so I left with polish all over my skin and cuticles. Never coming backServices: Pedicure

Nin does an amazing job! She is very clean and her price is fair. After Covid she keeps her prices reasonable and she always fits you in when you have a busy schedule! The most important thing is she is very clean. Her utensils are always disinfected . She goes above and beyond to take care of her customers!

Went in with a picture of a design that I wanted on my nails ,they said that they could accommodate, they tried to do the design with two failed attempts, then she wanted to charge me another $25 to fix it, the owner was very rude and unprofessional when discussing this issue! Why should I have to pay another $25 for your mistake! I will never use your service again there are way too many competitors out there that do a much better job! Lesson learned!! I get it, mistakes happen, but the one thing I will not tolerate from a local business owner is rude and disrespectful behavior!!! Shame on youServices: Pedicure

I always go back to Nin Nails. Such a wonderful place with excellent service. Just had my first pedi at Nin Nails. I will be returning. Kind service, clean salon, left mynfeet smooth and renewed after a long time without a pedicure due to restrictions. Polish could have been a bit neater, but I am overall very satisfied and will be back. ...went back, even better than last time. ??
