I visited this store for a price adjustment on an item that I purchased 5 days ago at an another location. The clerk first informed me that she couldn’t do the adjustment as I did not purchase it at her store. She also said that I purchased it over 7 days ago, which I did not, making the purchase ineligible for a price adjustment. The item is a Christmas gift, with a return date of 6 weeks. I asked her for a return and then a repurchase in order to take advantage of the sale price. She declined. I left the store, and travelled to the other location in my city. I asked the clerk there, if I could do a price adjustment. She replied “certainly”. No issues at all! I will not visit the Tecumseh Mall location again. Previously, I had a different clerk who was exceptional in her customer service, but this particular clerk ruined it for me. They just lost a good customer.
