Staff is super kind.
Selection is pretty good.
Only problem is if you want bigger than 2x they dont carry larger than 2x in the store.
So if you wear 3x you will have to order online.

For a large department store they seem to always lack the seasonal weather gear I am looking for. Lack of sizes, and lack of stock seem to be the main theme everytime I give it another try. I've been there multiple times and left empty handed due to lack of selection. Went in for winter tights for my kids to find 3 pairs left. Not sure if all Old Navy's are like this but this is one I will jot be going back to.
