Second shop I visited to get a a stripped screw removed from laptop. The first place recommended drilling it out or cutting out the plastic. Then I came here and in 5 minutes the screw was removed. Highly recommend for repairs!

Incredible service. They took the time to sincerely listen to my issues and weren't satisfied until they had helped me come up with a solution. I've rarely had such genuine commitment to my satisfaction as a customer!!! Definitely would recommend to anyone with computer or technical device needs.

My husband turned on his computer this morning to find he was locked out! There was a message saying to put in some recovery code. He tried everything he knew to restart it, but it would not start. He called Orange PC and was told to bring it right in. Kal worked his magic and was able to get it up and running quickly! He thought he might have to replace the hard drive, but somehow he fixed it! I highly recommend Orange PC. He could have easily charged my husband for a new hard drive, but he’s very honest, which is hard to find these days!

Has a vast knowledge of computers and software! I recommend this store to everyone looking for help with their computer/laptop. As well there are an array of electronics for sale at the store.

Greaaaaatt service. Best place in Windsor to built any type of Gaming Rig. Cal, the owner have excellent knowledge and helped me in deciding what kind of system I wanted. He takes his time to discuss and research, finally makes his expert suggestions. We decided and ordered parts on Tuesday and he built me a system on Thursday (sooo fassst). Also without his timely intervention i wouldn't have scored a RTX 5070.
Thank you sooo much Cal, for building me this beauty.

Great experience at Orange PC. Very quick turn around time for the upgrades needed with fair pricing also! You'd likely pay double if not triple going to Best buy or something

Our family has now purchased four laptops from Orange PC. Kal knows what he is talking about, he does whatever he can to find you exactly what you are looking for, and his prices are great.
