Well, just a little heads up to all you BMW lovers the last place I’d probably go I don’t know would be overseas BMW of Windsor because I bought a car no I didn’t buy it there, but it was only a two year-old car and it went there for warranty work First off. I brought it in because I had 17,000 km and the tires went bad. They charged me 300 bucks to look at them to come out and tell me there’s nothing they could do about. It wouldn’t even fight to see if they could get covered under warranty. I had to sneak a professional tire guy in that they didn’t know was a tire guy to ask this manager by the name of Tom some questions and basically put his foot in his mouth so what I’m saying is when you spend over $100,000 on any BMW vehicle and it has 17,000 km and the tires are garbage and they won’t fight for you I think that’s ridiculous. Also, I just had to have the car brought back there by not my choice, but for warranty work, they come back with a ridiculous bill saying that something wasn’t covered, which is fine, but then sent my car back to the city that I live in With damage wouldn’t answer. The phone told the dealership that I bought the car from but they didn’t do it didn’t call them back after the fact and left me sitting with a BMW Z4 with damage no phone calls. Didn’t even call the dealer back when they called them back a couple times to figure out hey what’s going on so just a heads up if you want to deal with the dealership that has anything to do with BMW as far as I know and what I’ve dealt with London is pretty good overseas auto until they give me a phone call back and apologize and fix their problem. It’s a multi million dollar company That I know how fleet insurance works or insurance. For them works they have at least a $10,000 deductible they have a multi million dollar company and I have three to $4000 damage on my car which would be like them going to buy a pack of cigarettes But anyways to eat their own just giving you a little heads up. Take pictures of your car before you bring it to overseas auto

Lifesavers! Our car broke down on vacation, while we were far from home. Our experience from initial contact with John to car pickup was seamless. John put us at ease, going above and beyond to get our car looked at quickly. The guys diagnosed the problems and had us back on the road within a few hours. Highly recommend Overseas as they were professional from beginning to end

Very nice, although she had to run all over the place to find the key and the plate she was very happy to be at work, not to mention she even offered to even bring the car up to the front while we enjoyed the air conditioning

Every time we deal with the dealership it is beyond terrible services. From being given the wrong car to test drive, to crabby and unhelpful service representatives, every time we deal with Overseas it is negative. The dealership gives BMW a horrible reputation and their standard is so far below any other BMW dealership we have dealt with. From unexplained charges, incorrect estimates and rude staff the experience has been negative countless times.
*The sole exception to this is the sales manager, as he is exceptional and should find a job elsewhere, as he could do so much better than this location*
I will actually take the time from my schedule to go to a BMW dealership for service in another city.

Bozena, You're go to sales rep, was very knowledgeable and kind. She understood my busy schedule, she was always in touch throughout the whole process. Bozena even sat down in car to show me how the idrive system works among other things.
