I get a new bulb from them and I suprises with price because it was most expensive than any other place.. so went there to talk with supervisor, he ignored me and asked me to leave.
So before to go there check the price in different places. It could be more flexible and affordable than there.

A gentleman named Mahli (sorry for incorrect spelling if it is) helped me out with a dying battery. Super nice and smart. Actually took the time to explain things to customers and lended me the tools to change my battery. I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the customer service from him!

Excellent service from a very respectful and helpful young man who used the OBD2 to check to see why my engine light was on and after reading the code told me that it was a leak from the gas cap or another part. He reset the system and told me if the light comes again to either buy a new gas cap or see a mechanice to have this part checked. It took less than 5 minutes and all of his time was free - no charge. Thank you young man as you provided great customer service that it is very rare these days.
So far the engine light has not come on again and the car runs fine with no issues

Saturday July 27th I called around 3:50PM they kept me on hold until 4:05 pm and never answered the phone after and , I tried calling again apparently they closed at 4pm so that tells about their customer service. We'll done guys ? ?

I had to get a new cabin air filter for my girlfriend’s car, Brandon was most helpful with everything I needed. He was able find the correct size filter I needed based on the info a gave him. The greatest part was when he offered to install the filter for me free of charge! That’s above and beyond service, not my first time at this part source and definitely won’t be my last thanks to Brandon

I am from the United States and I came over this past weekend and realized my turn signal lights were out. I went to the Canada Salvage at 1246 Ottawa St, Windsor, ON N8X 2E6,(Don’t Shop here ever!) to buy the tools needed to remove my lights so I can put the turn signal bulb in, and they sold me tools, I did not need. Canada Salvage basically stole my money, and took advantage of woman which I did not appreciate, assuming I did not know the tools that I asked specifically, for they sold me something totally different that had nothing to do with helping me remove my tail light. The next day I went to Part Source and Marc the sales agent at the Dougall Street Store, listened to my story, showed empathy and let me borrow the base of a tool that I needed to add to my part to get the tail light off. Great customer service! Yes he could have sold the tool to me when he knew I only needed it briefly for a moment, but instead he went in the back, found the tool I needed and let me borrow it, which made it possible for me to go out to the parking lot changed my lightbulbs and now I’m driving legally back to United States. This would not have been possible without Marc, the excellent customer service rep at Part Source. He definitely deserves a raise or promotion.
