Excellent service. I had a major problem with my computer. I thought all my pictures were lost! Lots of problems repaired, and computer running like new.Very reasonable repair costCouple days ago, I had a problem come up, and I could not access my computer.I took it in, and it was fixed there and then. No cost !!Excellent service and they really look after their customers!Highly recommended

Avoid this place if you need service for personal PC or laptop. I had my daughter's laptop, was told needs a new keyboard, they ordered it and then the couldn't decide for a week how or if to replace . Finally I asked for a refund and went to another place where they found broken cables inside and they needed to replace the BIOS. I am not sure if they broke it or not but I wouldn't go back next time.Incorrect, I said the keyboard is not working, not that I needed a keyboard. The PC, meanwhile it sat there for a week open and after I took it back all sorts of things started to go wrong. Fortunately I found someone competent and honest who was able to fix it. If you don't know what you're doing or simply don't want to just say so.

I had been buying from a local competitor, and had a relationship of over 10 years with them. Unfortunately, my last call with them was incredibly poor, and they showed zero interest in putting effort into customer service (re: stock/availability question.)Just recently I purchased some peripherals for my sim racing cockpit, and had the pleasure of dealing with Frank. Not only was the service polite and timely, but Frank went above and beyond what I had expected. I won’t think twice next time I purchase locally, and will always be a loyal customer based on this interaction.
