Nothing but problems with this company. Once you buy a car from them everything goes down hill. The service department is an absolute joke. Managers won’t answer calls nor call you back. Their mechanics can’t seem to fix anything without ford telling them what to do. This will be the last time I ever buy from them again and everyone I know will be following suit. Edit* it’s been almost 2 weeks and the service team just seems to get worse and worse . Beyond pathetic. They will always leave you abandoned 5 minutes down the road after returning it to you. I used to come here when it was Moe Campbell Ford, it was a good place to get work done. Now, I call to find out information about my vehicle and no one ever calls me back in the service dept. Then they have the balls to call me and ask me if I want to book an oil change and other services months later . They say if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all so I don't have anything to say about this place or Rose City Ford where I bought the vehicle. See Rose city for basically the same review but names changed. If you want someone to answer the phone in the service dept then call Joe Meloche Ford in Amherstburg. As for the reply, this is not the first time no one has called me back to figure out the issues with my truck, no use in sending a message because no one will return my call .

This place is an absolute disaster with discriminatory practices and likes to trick customers!! Bought a BRAND NEW car and as I was walking around it noticed a huge gash on the bumper. They were going to let me drive off with it like that. A few days later I came back to pick up my vehicle and they had put the wrong colour of white paint on it - it looked awful, worst cover up job ever. Had to fight with them to fix it properly and give me a new bumper even though it happened on their lot before I event purchased the vehicle!! Shady practices and they looked down at the floor when I pointed out the gash in the first place. I would NEVER buy a car from them. Especially not from Moe Hazime. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP DO NOT BUY!!

So somehow there are $6140 in dealer "fees" and "add-ons" here. I quoted the exact same Base MSRP with same options at Rose City Ford: $45, 550. I would avoid this dealer as there's some wild add-on and fee scam happening.
