We purchase over 110 square feet of artificial turf on Tuesday ,May 2nd. The salesperson stated it would be cut and we could pick it up anytime on Thursday. I went to the Store (on St.Catherines Street,Windsor) on or about 10:30 am.The service desk called to the area were they cut the rugs/carpets.The turf was not cut.I waited for OVER 1 1/2 hours to receive the turf.I WILL NEVER SHOP AT LOWES EVER AGAIN!

Really worst service ....why ? I purchased 2 X4 craftsman storage box through curb side pick up last Sunday when I open the box missing parts and screws called Lowe’sList of reasons1) they told they are not responsible contact craftsman ( how responsible they are to their customers)2) I contacted craftsmen they said it’s been manufactured by sun cast So contact them3) I contacted sun cast created 5 ticket number no response ... disconnecting call4 ) till now no response from any of this 3 people5) contacted Lowe’s provincial .... all transferring calls after hearing my sad news and finally after 6 transfer 1 personal disconnected6) till now no one took responsibility to solve this small issue see their great responsibility and great customer servicesIf you want to suffer like me running around leaving your work ..... please buy from them and experience this ..... thank you bye

This is not a review of the store itself but of the customer service. The item I was looking for was not on the floor so I was directed by a sales associate to request it from the cashier. The cashier was unable to help me so she called for assistance, which took an unreasonably long amount of time. The person who showed up to help me was not only wrong about the item I was requesting, but was incredibly rude about it. When I pulled up the item on my cell phone from their website to prove to her that it existed and was on sale, she replied with "That's weird". It was an incredibly frustrating experience and I will not be back. I would rather pay more and get better service.

Disappointing customer service. I ordered a bathroom countertop on their Don't Pay the Tax event. I spoke to a sales rep on the floor who assured me that the counter top I wanted (61 inch) did come with a single sink ( he said it came with both single and double sink options)...he even pointed out the label showing as such. I purchased the item, as well as another large item (gazebo) and advised the staff I wanted home delivery. I was told to go to customer service to arrange...which I did..and I was advised by that area to go back to the department where I purchased the item, as it's done by them. I did this and a date in 2 weeks time was offered. When the delivery arrived and the drivers gone, I opened the item and discovered: 1) it was a double sink, and 2) it was cracked in half. I immediately called the store, at which time I explained what happened. The person on the phone offered to send the driver back to retrieve the item. I then inquired when the correct one would be delivered, and was advised I had to come to the store to arrange it. I inquired as to whether he had the countertops in stock and was advised they had 3. When I showed back up at the store a few days later, they called the plumbing department and the manager came up. She advised me that the sink I ordered only came in the double sink option. I explained to her what the other employee told me and she stated he was wrong. I then showed her a picture of the label for the item ( on my phone) that I took when I bought it...and she shrugged it off saying "its obviously mislabeled..it happens all the time". We then went back to the plumbing department and pointed out the label to her..,and she said that the SS on the label didn't mean single sink, although her staff 2 weeks earlier said that's exactly what it meant. I then asked her what the SS meant and she mumbled she didn't know. When I went back to customer service, sans the manager (who obviously shrugged me off) they asked me what I wanted to do. I told them that I didn't know if the plumbing behind my sink could be modified with my current cabinet and my purchase was refunded. So....initial customer service rep in the plumbing dept was untrained ( not only about the item but how to to arrange a home delivery), the manager was unapologetic for their staffs mix up...and was not the friendly service I'm used to at other Lowes. Would not recommend this location until better training is conducted.

There customer service desk is absolutely terrible. Went today to pick up a ordered item and had to wait 50 minutes before I received the item. Customer service desk was full of excuses and lacked skills and passion for there job. Absolutely terrible shopping experience. This is why businesses close.

I went into lowes the other day and while I was in there my one year old fell asleep. I had to get some large pieces of lumber and not a single person helped me or even asked if I needed help. So I still just fluffed it off and pushed the lumber cart and my son in his stroller to the checkout and just figured everyone was busy. I can understand that. But then I get to the checkout and one of my items didn't have a product number on it and the lady told me I'd have to go back to that department and get another one. She must have been able to tell by the look on my face that I wasn't impressed so she said she could try looking it up on the computer. AND THEN they didn't offer to help me carry out the lumber or anything, it was actually another customer who stopped and offered to carry out the lumber for me since I OBVIOUSLY had my hands full. I don't usually write bad reviews ever but I was just so disappointed. I should have just went to Home Depot like I had originally intended.

I recently took advantage of the free carpet installation promo, and was very impressed with the price, installation, and professionalism. The contractor worked around my schedule to get the job done so I didn't have to take any additional time off work, and Lowes made follow up calls to ensure I was happy with everything. The only reason why I didn't give them a full 5 stars was because the store didn't seem to have enough staff in the flooring department, even though they had a promo for that weekend. We had to wait some time before we could talk to a store associate to complete the order even though we knew exactly what we wanted.
