I had my engine light come on in my 20 year old Mercedes baby. I'm from Toronto on a work assignment in Windsor for two days. My car engine light came on during the first day, so I checked out repair shops, and it was a GREAT fortune that I went to Pro-Tech. Being female and from out-of-town, even with great reviews for the shop, it was still in the back of my mind that it would be easy to take some advantage. INSTEAD, Dean, the mechanic, went above and beyond to make sure my car was thoroughly checked out. He even did several tweaks and services that were possible in the moment and all for such a reasonable price. Dean and Brie, the manager, very clearly explained exactly the diagnostic issues found and the options available. I really believe Pro-Tech is a trustworthy and highly skilled/competent auto repair. Just an excellent and pleasant customer experience in every way!

Always such a great experience going into Protech. Bri at the front desk is amazing and she is always on top of everything and the guys in the back always explain everything so well. A friend referred me to Pro-Tech to investigate the rough ride and “check drivetrain” warning that showed up on the dashboard of my older BMW. They were honest and didn’t gouge me on the bill. Before , during, and after the repairs I was kept informed and consulted by Dean Wohlers (the owner/manager). Happy customers come back, and I will.
