Wasted many hours on the phone confirming that I met all my qualifications for the sign-up bonus. The phone reps don't always know what they're talking about so I ask them to confirm with their management. The management also confirmed on a recorded line (by both sides) that I met all my qualifications. The rewards never came and the expensive chequing account fees kept piling up. I wasted more hours on the phone and over email showing the phone recordings and screenshots with solid proof that all requirements were fulfilled, still couldn't get them to provide me the amount owed to me. Not an honesty branch, and the branch refuses to recognize recorded conversations made with RBC call centres.

I opened the account with the phone rep, asked me to visit the branch to activate the account. Bank rep (Paul) was so helpful. He faced a system issue but later on helped me get things done. Brilliant service

The cashiers at this banks are friendly and helpful. I have been going here since I was in high school. They problem is this, is this slowest bank on the plant. Sometimes there are too tellers working and a line up outside with customers waiting in the cold. It's ridiculous. Being chatty is fine but then have more cashiers on especially during covid. Who wants to wait an hour to see a teller. The poor elderly who are waiting with walkers in the cold outside. I let them go ahead of me but not all people do. The wait times are why too long.

This spot is the worst, if you looking for quick transactions. Dont come here, only 3 tellers, and they rather socialize then get you in and out. Very frustrating when your standing out in the rain. If you have clients that need longer service then move then to someone that can handle them in a timly maner.

Excellent customer service. They are much on time. Always willing to support customers. In general, RBC bank is the Best Bank in North America.

Just used this branch for the first time, as I was trying to set up a Visa card in my business account. Jennifer St Louis was my teller and she was more than helpful. Went out of her way to help me, and gave me personal banking tips about my business while completing my transaction that I honestly didn’t know about. Will definitely be coming back to this branch!

Great staff. Very polite and friendly. They will do everything they can to help you and resolve your issue. The only problem is that there is usually a long long most of the times so if you are not using the ATM and need the teller service there is a wait.

I've never had an issue with any of their tellers or accountants, besides frequently not having enough of them (long lines). Their hours are not good, thankfully they are open late on Thursdays otherwise I'd have to take time off work just to go to the bank.

They're crooks, they decided to steal my money because they know I deal in bitcoin. The branch manager's useless, she won't take my calls or call me back even though she froze the account and is apparently the only person with access to it. Stay away from this bank!

Staff is always very polite but there's got to be a more efficient way of doing banking!Everytime I come in there's always 3 or 4 windows open, customers are there and I just wait in line for 15minutes for the line to move
