This branch is the worst. Always a line up and never enough people working. I'm so tired of standing in line here for 15-20 minutes because they have 1 or 2 tellers open and a big lineup. RBC, if you're going to close branches, at least staff the ones around it a bit better to handle the overflow.

Lost a significant amount of money and had to call head office tog et it resolved, awful bank they will lose your money and pretend they don't know what happened.

Christopher Kiritsis helped us with our mortgage needs at this branch recently. We booked an appointment in advance and got great help from him. He was on time, pleasant and gave us all the options we had. Overall, this branch was well organized and we had a good experience there. I'm glad we went there. I recommend anyone to come to this branch and speak with Christopher - he was great! Top man.

Jas girl working here very unprofessional very poor service need to improve your banking skills . I am depositing same company check in same bank from last 8 months today this kid say we will put on hold . If any white customer came in she will give her full service I am brown she can't trust me how I have big amount check . I just same shame on your from all indian comminty you should quit and start working on tim where your belong to learn more skills

I like RBC, but I booked an appointment two days ago for this afternoon, and they just sent me an email saying it was cancelled—without any explanation. I had kept my afternoon free just for this. Their message felt quite rude. I would’ve appreciated if my advisor had freed our appointment time to see me today, or at least if they had told me the reason for the cancellation.

I went there to set it up an account Unfortunately I was working with a very lazy and unprofessional Financial advisor named Colin Name again Topliffe who did not complete the paperwork required to open my account and he did not follow up with me to inform me that He did not complete the required paperwork. When I went into the bank branch The following day as Colin instructed me to do
, he acted like he didn't know why I was there, he then rolled his eyes several times during our interaction and Stated he did not tell me to come into the branch as he did. I believe this gentleman did not follow up with any of the steps he was required to to ensure that I had a smooth opening of the account that I requested. I won't be back to RBC as I've opened my account elsewhere.

We needed to have an important and complicated fund transfer completed within a short time frame. Client advisor Luca attempted to help, and was very professional and personable, but ultimately required assistance. He enlisted bank manager ‘Crystal”, who immediately went to work on this complicated transaction, even without a scheduled appointment. She worked tirelessly , determined to get this transaction accomplished. She left no stone unturned, speaking to several higher-ups at head office, who were for some reason unable to go the extra mile for this rush situation. After one hour of working the phone and the keyboard to determine alternate solutions, the desired result was accomplished. Many thanks to Crystal, Luca, and Chris for their perseverance.

Chris helped us with our mortgage renewal and he was super helpful explaining all our options to pick what best fit our financial needs. Other advisors just push everything on you but he actually listens to what you need and helps you make the best decision that works best for you. Highly recommend!
